Even before 11 AM, the power was cut in the room, practically kicking us out. Then, at check-out, the front desk insisted on deducting a 500 Thai Baht deposit, claiming a towel was stained. Labeling this hotel as a 5-star is a bit of a stretch; the only real highlight is the pool. Overall, I'd give it a maximum of 4 stars. I hope Ctrip will be more accurate with their star ratings in the future. The hotel lobby doesn't even have a proper entrance; you have to go through a small walkway off to the side.

Just Perfect for a stay in Pattaya! The room is huge and has very nice view of the sea! There is also a small gym for a quick work-out, plus you can have a sight of greens and sea from the gym. I strongly recommend that you book with breakfast, it’s worth the money.

I recommend this hotel only if you prefer to swim in a swimming pool bc the sea is sooo bad here (don’t choose the south part to swim). You’ll find a night market, 7/11 nearby. Breakfast is not bad, the service is good.

I think the Royal Cliff is a fantastic resort. It's a bit older, but very well maintained. This time we stayed in the Grand on the 19th floor; what a fantastic view! The staff were incredibly friendly! So helpful and kind. A beautiful, large property with a private beach and various pool areas. The food was always good. It's pure relaxation. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

This is a very good hotel, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. You can easily catch a songthaew (local shared taxi) to get around. The room was clean and spacious enough. All the staff were very friendly. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the hotel lobby and elevator wasn't on, so it felt quite stuffy in the elevator.

Location is good in a busy area,the first 4 night in a King size bed room is pretty much better than the last in a twin bed room,one thing I need to mention is the toilet is smell ,may be the ventilation of the room is not in a good condition,.

This place is perfect for couples. It's wonderfully tranquil. Being right on the beach, you can easily step out for a swim or a stroll by the sea.
