The staff at the front of the hotel is always friendly and helpful, he assisted with bringing luggage upstairs to the room and even helped us when we left in the taxi. I was pretty satisfied with this hotel. It's great for a vacation, with a swimming pool and a beach. There's also a shuttle service if you want to go out. However, Terminal 21 shopping mall, which everyone online recommends, really doesn't have much to see. So, I think just staying at the hotel is a good option. The hotel views are indeed great, but there doesn't seem to be much else around.

This is a typical Red Planet place. I like that it’s easy to get and use. It’s great for one-two nights. However, in this particular hotel there is one big problem: noisy ACs. Good breakfast, near to the beach, cleanliness needs improvement, some areas had a smell of fungus & mould because of old structure, renovation required.

The room was great, and there's a pool too! It's a 'live water' pool, meaning the water is constantly circulating, and almost nobody ever uses it, so it's super comfortable to swim in alone. The service was excellent, pretty much no complaints except they didn't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes. A 7-Eleven is just a 5-minute walk if you turn left when you exit.

This place is perfect for couples. It's wonderfully tranquil. Being right on the beach, you can easily step out for a swim or a stroll by the sea.

The breakfast is almost cyclostyled. Most of the items were repeated. Rooms are ok but for housekeeping you have to remind again about missing items like towels or soap etc. They have placed so many items in the fridge which you can’t even check. Overall it is ok.
