I really liked the hotel! Everything was clean, neat, and comfortable. The rooms were well maintained, and housekeeping was done regularly. The staff were very kind, polite, and always ready to help — you can truly feel their care for the guests. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, and the stay was genuinely enjoyable. I would gladly come back again and confidently recommend this hotel to others!❤️

People there are so nice, looks like for teenager or you end people bit with family you will also enjoy, there is swimming pool, lobby, gym and laundry, you can also play some games, it’s near sea, everything that you need close to you, just one minus there is no wardrobe and chair in the room, almost all rooms are the same, one thing can be improved in the future ❤️ but overall great experience to stay on COSI Pattaya

had a great stay at COSI Pattaya Wong Amat Beach. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service.
The location is quite good and close to the beach, although it’s a bit quieter compared to central areas, which can be a plus if you prefer a more relaxing environment.
The amenities were decent, but could be improved as they felt a bit limited. However, overall I still had a very pleasant experience staying here.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

COSI Wongamat was a genuine letdown after 7 nights. The room was small with tiny windows and felt dingy from the start. The bathroom was dirty with hair left from previous guests, and housekeeping was essentially nonexistent — beyond making the bed, nothing was ever cleaned or refreshed during our entire stay. The most alarming detail: a pillow appeared to have what looked like blood stains on it (see photo), which is simply unacceptable at any hotel, new or not.
The reception staff were incompetent — they forgot to return our passports after check-in, and the check-in process itself took an unreasonably long time. Most other staff were friendly, which is the only positive note.
This hotel looks run-down despite being relatively new, which says a lot about how it’s managed. There are plenty of better alternatives in the Naklua/Wongamat area at the same price point — cleaner rooms, better service, and some even include breakfast. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Great value for money. The accommodation is suitable for both leisure and business trips. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There are also many local restaurants and street food options nearby.

After having a bad experience at another hotel for two days in Pattaya, I found this one — it was recommended to me, and honestly, I 100% recommend it too.
The facilities are excellent for the price they offer. Clean rooms, a beautiful lobby, pool, lounge area, and billiard room — everything in perfect condition. The room cleanliness was outstanding — everything was spotless. I loved the decoration, the cleanliness, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
I’m truly impressed by the high quality of this hotel at such an affordable rate here in Pattaya, Thailand. It’s rare to find hotels in Southeast Asia that offer this level of quality for this price.

Nice location,the lobby was a good vibes with friendly staffs,clean room and comfy bed but only the bed are a bit high for me.
