Hotel is in a great location and a little far back so you’re away from the busy street. Hotel was not that great. Morning breakfast was quite good. bathroom toilet flush was not working properly I called the team twice to fix lady at reception not very helpful.

I heard here is very histrical hotel and wanted to see aroune and eat at restaurant too but the security at entrance does not allow me to enter...Anyhow, I could enter after I talked with another staff. After I enter, hotel staff does not want me to see around hotel. It is strange that this hotel does not welcome outside customers. It is extra revenue if outside people come and eat at restaurant. They said I had to stay as a guest and can see around.... I am quite disappointed this hotel is very conservative... It is not hotel. It is like police station.

Hotel is in a great location and a little far back so you’re away from the busy street. Saw other posted it was renovated but I don’t think it was that great. Definitely an older hotel, bathroom door locked us out on the first day and apparently it’s a common issue per front desk. They got the bell boy to help and he grabbed a pair of pvc pipe cutters to turn the key lock pin. Then the toilet stopped filling back up on our last day. It’s good place to sleep and be on the strip but that’s about it.

The room is old, the soundproofing is too poor, the air conditioner makes a malfunctioning noise every once in a while, and early in the morning the religious venue next door starts preaching and chanting with loud speakers... I can't sleep well at all

These guys do not alot you a room in newer building if you book through 3rd party travel websites, main building is quite old and rooms felt dusty. Lady in the reception is quite rude, However the only upside with this hotel is its location,

They put drinks in the fridge, but you do not know which bottle of water is complementary.
Just charge 40 bath for a bottle of water is robbery. Just bad service for an outdated hotel

The staff was friendly and polite but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The property is old and the furniture inside the room is outdated. No smart TV or anything modern. The free breakfast was terrible. The only good thing about this property is that it is located across the street from the beach. The pool area was acceptable.

Location is the best and the room we took, superior sea view, is clean and spacious. Hotel breakfast is quite good and staff can communicate quite well in English, (which as you know can be a challenge in Thailand).

It’s a good hotel literally right off the beach. The rooms are “beach rooms” but off the busy street so it was very peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was included, it was ok. Don’t expect a gourmet meal. It’s basic eggs to order and other assortments. Staff was great, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
