Sea Me Spring Hotel in Pattaya

This was where our holiday was supposed to begin before continuing on to the islands. Unprofessional hotel management. Unfriendly to customers. We were lied to and strung along. I have everything in writing and will communicate this on all platforms. We tried to book this hotel early on via the hotel's own website. However, after entering our details and confirming, we did not receive any booking confirmation. Contacting them via the website did not work. It was not until the day of arrival, more than four months later, that we received the very first email confirmation! ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL! It was clear that we already had other accommodation. My girlfriend and I initially tried to resolve the issue by correspondence. I even offered to come to the hotel in person. But the hotel did not want that. Then they wrote to me that they would cancel the overnight stays and we would receive a refund. THAT WAS A LIE, which I have in black and white. Because our credit card was charged anyway. When we made further enquiries, the only response we received was that there was nothing they could do.

Then they wrote to me that they were cancelling the overnight stays and that we would get a chargeback. THAT WAS A LIE, which I have in black and white. Because our credit card was charged anyway. In response to further enquiries from us, they simply said that there was nothing they could do.

This was my 2nd stay at the hotel and my worst experience. Firstly no iron facilities available in was told that I need to take clothes to laundry and pay for ironing. Secondly the TV didn't work properly and I was told that they were the sane in all rooms as TV's were old and nothing could be done. Thirdly tiling in shower was ineven and quit easy to trip or cut feet on tiles. No plates knives spoon or forks provided in room's. No milk povided for tea and coffee drinkers. I accidentally broke two glasses bottles of water
wate. Sign in room stated cost of 5 BHT would be charged. Reception demanded I pay 30 BHT until I took photo of ropm sign and provided it to reception. Finally the bedding was not replaced each day
Staff just arranged pillows and bedding before leaving. On numerous occasions I had to contact reception to get room cleaned eventhough the clean room sign was activated each morning. The restaurant is only open till 6.00pm for dinner...ridiculous. on one occasion it closed at 5.00pm because there was no staff to cook meals. Room walls are ineffective in refucing adjoining room noise.Totally disappointing.
