4 star might be pushing it a bit. No room safe which is essential for me. Very nice pool but the bulk of their clientele need a few lessons in etiquette. No chairs on the balcony.

Overall, it's pretty decent, especially if you're not used to 4-star luxury or higher. They cleaned our room every day. Even though the hotel isn't new, the rooms are spotless, though the furniture is a bit old. The mattresses are comfortable and the beds are large. We stayed on the 9th floor and had a great view of the city and the pool. There are no safes in the rooms, but free locker boxes are available in the luggage storage area. It's conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to get anywhere.

The location is very convenient, but the hotel itself is a bit old. There's a bar nearby, so it can get quite noisy at night. The staff are really friendly! 👍

The location is fantastic, but there are a lot of Indian guests who behave poorly. There are no toothbrushes, no hairdryer, and no laundry service or iron. Also, no electric kettle and big problems with the power outlets. The staff are very kind, the pool is good, and there are decent balconies. The price is the same as The Edge, so it's better to stay there.

This is hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. While the location is good, it's right next to a bar street, and the soundproofing is abysmal. Don't even think about getting any sleep at night. There's no 'do not disturb' sign for room cleaning. Every morning at 8:30 AM sharp, they start vacuuming, and at 9 AM, they ring your doorbell, completely disrupting your sleep. There's no Wi-Fi reception in the room whatsoever. The bathroom constantly smells like a sewer, and the drain is incredibly slow. Honestly, besides having air conditioning and running water, there's absolutely nothing good about this place.

i had a bad experience staying in this hotel for 3 nights.Forget about greeting you ,receptionists and staff would not even look at you or talk to you politely.I had to shell out 700 Baht to get the bedsheet and pillow cover laundered which were claimed to have been soiled by us.The truth was that my wife had pointed out to me the previous night about the dirty sheets which i took lightly and overlooked to report to the reception.The claim by the Hotel receptionist was for 2000 Baht and after much argument and to avoid embarassment to my fellow travellers,i agreed to pay 700 Baht.On my refusal to accept the allegation the first reaction of the receptionist was that he will make it a legal case.If I had time and convenience, i would have opted to agree to go legal since i was sure i was right.
However,overall, it is a lesson learnt hard ,for our future trip.The rooms even had cockroaches. In fact we should have claimed compensation !!
Given my terrible rxperience i would not recommend this Hotel to anyone hoping to visit the beautiful city of Pattaya.More so for indian travellers due to their rude behaviour especially towards indians.

Decent hotel stay we had. Breakfast also good. But they provide only one set of water bottle per day for a person.. that's very insufficient..if we need to pay for drinking water.. also they charged penalty for bath towel washable strains which is very much unfair.

I have travelled all over the world. This is one of the worst hotel I have ever visited.arrogent receptionist staff i have ever een. There were cockroach in the bathroom . Most unhygienic room. No proper maintenance of the room. Rude answer if you ask any questions. Breakfast was pathetic. I suggest not to visit this hotel ever. It will ruin the trip. My worst experience ever

This is a nice restaurant with great food portions and options.

I could see the staff were struggling to keep up a bit, probably because of how busy it was but they were nice nonetheless.

it's best to book a table beforehand as it's very busy during peak time (6-8pm).

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years and the food has generally been good. However, during my recent visit, the new staff were rude, unprofessional, and even demanded a tip. I was also served undercooked chicken, and when I pointed it out, the replacement still wasn’t fully cooked. This was extremely disappointing and posed a serious health risk.

Food was okay, not great but good enough.Chicken schnitzel, not pounded flat enough, but the batter was pretty good or the breading. French a little soggy for me, but overall it's passable

Cozy restaurant with delicious Balkan cuisine in Pattaya. The Croatian/Yugo platter was a real value-for-money hit – generous portions, freshly prepared, and nicely presented.
Friendly and attentive service, relaxed atmosphere.
One small minus: no Ajvar – which for me is a must-have. Still, highly recommended!
