East Sea Paradise Hotel in Pattaya

Best place in Pattaya!!! Highly recommended!!! Just great!!! Rebook again. Next time only this hotel!!!

This is a budget-friendly hotel for a couple of days, with a good location close to the sea and Terminal 21 shopping mall. The bungalow rooms are spacious, but the furniture and appliances are old. The TV and air conditioning are outdated, the lighting is very poor, and the electrical system as a whole is problematic. Charging your phone is quite a challenge, as the outlets don't hold the adapter plug securely. There's no safe in the room; it's located at the reception. The staff are friendly, and cleaning is done daily. On top of that, there's also a 500 baht deposit.

Located right next to Terminal 21, tucked away in an alley. It's quiet at night, perfect for sleeping, yet still very close to the bustling areas. The air conditioning works great, but the hot water was a bit lukewarm.

I truly love this place! It’s clean, peaceful, and perfect both for working and for relaxing. The staff are exceptionally kind and always helpful, which making the stay even more enjoyable(stayed for two weeks, now took more for two weeks-worth it)!

While the environment may not be brand new or ultra-modern, everything is very well maintained. The rooms are spotless, have a pleasant fresh scent, and I especially liked the private entrances with access from both sides — to the pool area and to the back garden.

The location is excellent, making everything easily accessible. I also appreciated that many of the guests are Europeans, which contributed to a polite, cleaner, quieter, and more relaxing atmosphere.

Great location with beautiful, green grounds. The pool is clean and warm. Each room has a large veranda, but be warned that insects can be annoying in the evenings and early mornings due to all the greenery. Repellent works well, though. The decking around the pool is old, so definitely wear shoes. The room itself is a bit dated, and the floor-standing air conditioner is very loud. The linens aren't new, but they are clean. Beach towels are provided at reception.

A cozy, intimate hotel for those seeking peace and quiet. It's clean and comfortable. Our room was 36 sq. m. You can see squirrels and geckos running around, and birds singing. There's construction nearby, which you can hear during the day, but it's not too bad. It's quiet in the evenings and at night. The staff are friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is old and a bit rundown, but the rooms are large and clean. Housekeeping comes every day. I'd recommend it for guests who aren't too picky. I liked it.

The hotel is very conveniently located. It's 5-7 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to Terminal 21. The grounds are green, and the pool is nice, large, and clean. I didn't smell any chlorine. But!! This is definitely not a 4-star hotel! The outlets in the room aren't European-standard, and Wi-Fi is only available at reception. The shower head doesn't stay on the counter, so you have to hold the shower in your hand. There were no towels or a kettle when I checked in, but they brought them immediately upon request. The towels are really washed-out and sometimes torn, but they change them daily. The lighting in the room is very dim. The air conditioner is old and noisy, but it doesn't blow directly onto the bed. However, after 2 or 3 days, the noise starts to get annoying at night. The receptionists are very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for budget travelers. Despite all the shortcomings mentioned, I would stay here again. The price is normal, there are no insects or rodents of any kind, and the proximity to the beach and shopping centers is excellent.
