Such a bad woman at the Check-in.
We came 1 time last year We came 2 times this winter.
She is always the same.
Nevers say hello, welcome, thank you.
We felt each time to disturb her.
We will never come back because of her.
She should change the work she has.
Please don't work with international tourists. You are a shame for Thaïland.

Absolutely terrible WiFi, terrible sound proofing, and a safe which of course is out of order.
But the huge, comfortable bed and soft pillows earn this place a third star.

Pleasant place to stay, old facilities but clean and comfortable. Room remake is prompt and good. Parking is very limited. Receptionist is English speaking and very helpful. A Mini fridge and a safe are provided.

Really lovely hotel!
My room opened up to a very cute private balcony and the swimming pool, the room was clean, spacious and had the charm of Thailand, lots of wooden furniture and vintage glass windows. The lady on reception was super helpful and kind and even gave me a banana cake gift when I left. Unfortunately, I only had one night at this hotel but I will 100% stay here again when I’m back in Thailand.
The location was good in the respect It’s away from all the busyness of Pattaya Beach and very very close to the northern bus terminal. It took me about three minutes to walk there with my suitcase. It took me about 40mins to walk into town, with lots of authentic Thai food along the way. I feel very lucky I got to stay here🙏.

Avoid! Beyond terrible service from the lady at reception. She was rude, unhelpful and nasty. She actually made the stay horrible. The room was fine, the location was good if you want to be near the bus station and actually the hotel cleaners were friendly but I would not recommend as you can definitely get the same price of hotel but with much better service and better location, just don’t bother spending your hard earned money here: they don’t deserve it.

Excellent But you you need to ask the reception for the WiFi password and username card but it can only access for 1 (one) device per card. Have fun to your trip to the hotel :)

The LD Pattaya is located in the street just in front to the bus station and it is divided in 2 buildings across the street. The reception and the swimming pool are located in the main building. Around the hotel there are several local restaurants, and supermarkets. It is a pleasant area about 30 mins walk from the confusion and the horrible Pattaya city center. The breakfast is more oriented on Chinese food (maybe too spicy for the morning) with a limited European alternatives. On the overall I really enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this hotel!
