Sureena Hotel in Pattaya

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel on the 17th November stayed for 2 nights we didn’t think much of it as it was a fairly cheap hotel to stay in for 5 nights but then discovered a mouldy shower room and could growing in the corners the toilet was filthy ants coming from behind the bed and a lot of water damage on the walls very and not cleaned the bed felt very itchy we was coughing a lot and the smell in the room was just terrible a damp smell that never went. so we made the right choice but to move to another hotel which was in a better condition
In my eyes this hotel needs a full refurbishment!! Plus side is it is in a good location near the beach front.
*** also as we was leaving the hotel the man In Reception didn’t come across as very friendly we got into a cab outside and he was fully watching us which was slightly creepy as hell also has a baseball bat in reception

The manager is very rude and unfriendly. The cleaning lady, the manager's daughter, and the night porter are friendly! The hotel is very noisy and somewhat spartan, and has a tiny pool. The manager's attitude is incredibly rude and disrespectful, but the night porter, the manager's daughter, and the cleaning lady are very nice. The manager or hostess is very, very rude and disrespectful. A spartan hotel in a noisy area. Soi 13 is very loud. One advantage is that there's a 7/11 and a McDonald's next door.

Very low quality hotel. Showing 3 star, but in reality not even 2 star. Swimming pool very small. No ventilation, room very smelly and gloomy. Deserve 1 star. Only good thing is beach very near. No recommend to book this hotel.

This hotel sucks..in a bad location, no ventilation,very poor washroom, bad smells

The bathroom is not clean.
