This is, in my opinion, a boutique hotel, small, friendly, and nicely decorated.
The staff and management are wonderful, the rooms are above average in size, clean, well appointed, and maintained.
The hotel has a small, but well equipped gym, a massage room, (booking required), and a beautiful free form pool with whirlpool. This pool is situated under part of the hotel, which means it is mostly shaded from direct sunlight all day. Excellent as the temperature here is rarely under 30°. So it is ideal for comfortable relaxation without sunburning! and for children.
It is reasonably priced, very popular, so one should book well in advance to secure their choice of room.
Well recommend for those who like a quite, relaxed environment.
Staff was excellent and very helpful even in the early morning.
Location is close to all major amenities.
I would stay here again without any hesitation.
Didn't start well with the reception. Two young ladies with quite a bit of attitude and some unjustified superiority.
Room was on the 6th floor. Immediately hit with a musty odour when exiting the lift.
Room was somewhat worse, it definitely seemed damp. Air-conditioning was noisy and didn't well well given the room odour.
Didn't notice until leaving that there was black spots on the ceiling near the air conditioning vents.
Location not particularly close to anything and Bolt drivers seem to have trouble finding it.
All in all, very disappointing for the price.
