Condo is great. Beautiful rooftop pool and views. The downside is the units being rented. Depending on which agent you book thru you might get old outdated units

Best value, good location and it has a swimming pool. Great for a family. Please note: no daily cleaning because it's like Airbnb. Online customer service, check in with your documents at the entrance.

I’ve had a great experience staying at The Base Condo. The building is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The units are compact but thoughtfully designed, making the most of the available space.
The facilities are a big highlight — there’s a nice swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, and relaxing common areas. Security is excellent with keycard access and 24/7 guards, which makes it feel very safe.
The location is also very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It's a great choice for both long-term residents and short stays.
The key points is it is near to beach and central.

Pros:
Location: great location, the center of almost everything, if you’re looking to spend your time around central pattaya.
Price: very reasonable and actually It’s cheap for the type of room you’re getting.
Room space: great and more than enough for couples or signals if you’re taking the one bedroom. But if you’re interested for two bed rooms I highly recommend it. And it’s only double the price almost.
View: sea view is absolute worth it. Pool view is just normal.

The condo is crowded and each building has two working elevators only. So it takes you 5 minutes to go up and down. Which is frustrating. Pointless wait. Now in another review i saw the same but didn’t expect it to be this way. If you don’t mind.
It’s the perfect place for you.

Location overall is great, just the walk to the building and elevator wait can be a burden.
Lots of traffic in and out, definitely a hot spot for AIRBNB traffic.

Nice Condo. Very clean and has everything you need. If you like to stay in Pattaya, then stay here. It is very central and close to everything. Shops, Restaurants and of course 7 Elven are a few steps away from your place. Or if you are to lazy, then order by Grab. Recomend this Condos.

Great location, few minutes walk to Pattaya Beach,very nice view from infinity pool on the top floor of buildings A, And other pool on 3 floor of buildings B . The room itself have amazing Seaview with balcony, highly recommended

This is my second time staying here at 18 coins hostel , and it’s one of the best accommodations I’ve found in this area. All the party clubs and nightlife spots are close by, and the beach is also not far from here. It really feels like the centre of everything, which is why I came back again.
The hostel and hotel offer good shared rooms.
There are separate rooms and washrooms for girls.
Reception service is available 24/7.
Payment can be made in cash.

I have been coming to this hotel for over 3 ½ years. During that time, I’ve made wonderful friends here, and I’ve always appreciated how most of the staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive — they smile, remember my name, and make me feel at home.
Unfortunately, on my most recent visit I experienced something very disappointing. One staff member treated both me and my fiancée with open hostility. When I greeted her politely, she responded with a scowl and shouted at me. She also swore at us and told me my fiancée was not allowed at the hotel. This was shocking and upsetting, as I’ve never been treated this way in Thailand before.
It’s a shame, because the rest of the team is excellent. However, one person’s behavior can be enough to ruin the experience for guests. I truly hope management addresses this, because otherwise this is a great place to stay.

Even though the check-out time is 12 PM, they let me stay until 2 PM because my bus was late. Such nice people! There's a good reception area where you can bring food and eat while watching the outside moving traffic.

Nice and polite staff, but he did not wear a mask while brewing coffee. Even I was entering to the store he went to the coffee bar to take my order without having his mask on before performing the service. Noted that the staff needs to be concerned more situation awareness especially for the current Covid19 Pandemic Prevention for himself and others.
Moreover, I chose to pay via "คนละครึ่ง", but he told me that ถุงเงิน's phone of the shop is with another staff and that staff was not here. OMG!!! (Please, noted that you can log-in ถุงเงิน applications for your shop at maximum of "4" devices.)
For the coffee, it is Dark Roasted Coffee Bean which is good for mass taste of many people in normal.

Don't make a reservation for Airbnb. If you pay in cash, it'll be a little cheaper. The room is clean.Perfect security...

Excellent location off of bukao on soi 15 I think. The room was small but had good wifi mostly. I had to reset the router a few times. Cold aircon and hot water shower. Drinking water is available in the lobby. Beware that there is not an elevator and this place is not handicap accessible. So if your on the fourth floor... And after a long day at the bar it's quite a climb. Friendly staff. I'll probably stay again or one of the other guest houses on the street.

I checked in 2 days ago and it is sooo loud here..the walls are thin and the halls echo..nighttime no staff so people come and go all night..
I asked if i could check out and get partial refund from the 18,000 baht for room plus 8,500 deposit.
NOOO only can give you partial deposit back..
Thats 9,000 baht a night here.
Im stuck here for the next 29 days because i cant get my refund..
8 years i have been living 6 months a year here and my first bad experience is this fricken place...
SO UPSET WITH THE PEOPLE HERE.
