My stay at Heeton Concept Hotel Pattaya was pleasant overall. The service was very good the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. The food was also delicious, definitely one of the highlights of the stay.
However, the rooms felt a bit outdated and could use some renovation or modern touches to match the rest of the hotel’s quality.
Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you value great service and tasty food, but the rooms may not meet expectations if you’re looking for a more modern feel.

For the price, this hotel deserves 5 stars, you get what you pay for! The hotel owe a great debt to the staff, who are amazing, kind and extremely helpful. The guys who man the lobby are funny, happy and always smiling! Even at 3am and its raining. Highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Pattaya

Not so long ago, the whole family came on vacation. The rooms are certainly not VIP, but in general it is suitable for basic needs for its price. The beds are large. Very friendly staff, we would like to mention that the staff at the restaurant (at breakfast) was very pleasant, they are always polite, smiling and ready to prompt and help. Thanks to Praew,Bainua and Chef ya for good and a variety of breakfasts

Amenities wise is a good option
Accessibility wise 4 stars
Good aspect is that would get Indian food for breakfast.
Receptionists seem more arrogant, may be our expectations from a 4 star hotel might be more.

Rooms are dirty. There are bugs everywhere.
The bed is the worst I have ever seen in all my hotel experiences.
Breakfast is very weak. There ia not much variety and quality is very low.
This hotel does not deserve even a 3 star.

We had amazing two days in this prestige hotel while enjoying lot more experiences in terms of hospitality as well as experience in Pattaya Town.
All the major visiting places are at walk-in distance to this hotel which is really amazing and more convinient stores were located nearby.

I was extremely pleased with my stay. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The modern decor created a serene ambiance, and the view from the balcony was simply stunning. The high-quality toiletries and well-stocked much appreciated. and I was thoroughly impressed with the food at the hotel. Each dish was absolutely delicious, with the quality of the ingredients shining through. The presentation was impeccable, and the variety of options ensured there was something for everyone. The service was top-notch, with attentive and knowledgeable staff. Overall, the dining experience was superb, with a wonderful ambiance that made each meal truly enjoyable."

I have a mixed feeling. I used to stay here when it was still the mercure and it’s much better now. The main issue is there are a lot of large groups (busload) of people staying there and they are super noisy. I really couldn’t get much sleep so I had to check out and move to the Baraquda heeton across the street which was much better.

Nice and polite staff, but he did not wear a mask while brewing coffee. Even I was entering to the store he went to the coffee bar to take my order without having his mask on before performing the service. Noted that the staff needs to be concerned more situation awareness especially for the current Covid19 Pandemic Prevention for himself and others.
Moreover, I chose to pay via "คนละครึ่ง", but he told me that ถุงเงิน's phone of the shop is with another staff and that staff was not here. OMG!!! (Please, noted that you can log-in ถุงเงิน applications for your shop at maximum of "4" devices.)
For the coffee, it is Dark Roasted Coffee Bean which is good for mass taste of many people in normal.
Moreover, I chose to pay via "คนละครึ่ง", but he told me that ถุงเงิน's phone of the shop is with another staff and that staff was not here. OMG!!! (Please, noted that you can log-in ถุงเงิน applications for your shop at maximum of "4" devices.)

Don't make a reservation for Airbnb. If you pay in cash, it'll be a little cheaper. The room is clean.Perfect security...

Excellent location off of bukao on soi 15 I think. The room was small but had good wifi mostly. I had to reset the router a few times. Cold aircon and hot water shower. Drinking water is available in the lobby. Beware that there is not an elevator and this place is not handicap accessible. So if your on the fourth floor... And after a long day at the bar it's quite a climb. Friendly staff. I'll probably stay again or one of the other guest houses on the street.

I checked in 2 days ago and it is sooo loud here..the walls are thin and the halls echo..nighttime no staff so people come and go all night..
I asked if i could check out and get partial refund from the 18,000 baht for room plus 8,500 deposit.
NOOO only can give you partial deposit back..
Thats 9,000 baht a night here.
Im stuck here for the next 29 days because i cant get my refund..
8 years i have been living 6 months a year here and my first bad experience is this fricken place...
SO UPSET WITH THE PEOPLE HERE.
