My stay at Heeton Concept Hotel Pattaya was pleasant overall. The service was very good the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. The food was also delicious, definitely one of the highlights of the stay.
However, the rooms felt a bit outdated and could use some renovation or modern touches to match the rest of the hotel’s quality.
Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you value great service and tasty food, but the rooms may not meet expectations if you’re looking for a more modern feel.

For the price, this hotel deserves 5 stars, you get what you pay for! The hotel owe a great debt to the staff, who are amazing, kind and extremely helpful. The guys who man the lobby are funny, happy and always smiling! Even at 3am and its raining. Highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Pattaya

Not so long ago, the whole family came on vacation. The rooms are certainly not VIP, but in general it is suitable for basic needs for its price. The beds are large. Very friendly staff, we would like to mention that the staff at the restaurant (at breakfast) was very pleasant, they are always polite, smiling and ready to prompt and help. Thanks to Praew,Bainua and Chef ya for good and a variety of breakfasts

Every time I'm in Thailand, I choose to stay at this hotel for a while. It's very convenient, with a good location and a quiet environment. I'm satisfied with all aspects.

WHAT A RUDE BEHAVIOR

By mistake one glass broken from me , they start insulted me like I am thief. big eyes , sought, attitude all they applied on me to make me afraid
For 2THB worth glass they asked 100 TBH
Even I not denied to pay, but they have hired special staff for such recovery from guest that literally they start insult you.
Later I have to teach them how to behave and then I paid 100THB by saying ask 10000THB for 1 glass but don’t try to misbehave with me as I am down to earth person but I know how to handle your kind of *****
After leaving hotel I feel sad that I had to do angry on girl (no matter she rude to me but she is girl)
Hotel is good , breakfast is average, staff is not supportive from reception to checkout
They try to collect 5 star review from you from first day first hour.

Away from rowdy, nearby mall there's Mr DIY, supermarket, food court and around 15 to 20 mins walk away to beach. Clean and spacious room with balcony, and sumptuous breakfast. Alot amenities including spa, gym, pool etc... good staycation for families with kids.

Nice and polite staff, but he did not wear a mask while brewing coffee. Even I was entering to the store he went to the coffee bar to take my order without having his mask on before performing the service. Noted that the staff needs to be concerned more situation awareness especially for the current Covid19 Pandemic Prevention for himself and others.
Moreover, I chose to pay via "คนละครึ่ง", but he told me that ถุงเงิน's phone of the shop is with another staff and that staff was not here. OMG!!! (Please, noted that you can log-in ถุงเงิน applications for your shop at maximum of "4" devices.)
For the coffee, it is Dark Roasted Coffee Bean which is good for mass taste of many people in normal.
Moreover, I chose to pay via "คนละครึ่ง", but he told me that ถุงเงิน's phone of the shop is with another staff and that staff was not here. OMG!!! (Please, noted that you can log-in ถุงเงิน applications for your shop at maximum of "4" devices.)

Don't make a reservation for Airbnb. If you pay in cash, it'll be a little cheaper. The room is clean.Perfect security...

Excellent location off of bukao on soi 15 I think. The room was small but had good wifi mostly. I had to reset the router a few times. Cold aircon and hot water shower. Drinking water is available in the lobby. Beware that there is not an elevator and this place is not handicap accessible. So if your on the fourth floor... And after a long day at the bar it's quite a climb. Friendly staff. I'll probably stay again or one of the other guest houses on the street.

I checked in 2 days ago and it is sooo loud here..the walls are thin and the halls echo..nighttime no staff so people come and go all night..
I asked if i could check out and get partial refund from the 18,000 baht for room plus 8,500 deposit.
NOOO only can give you partial deposit back..
Thats 9,000 baht a night here.
Im stuck here for the next 29 days because i cant get my refund..
8 years i have been living 6 months a year here and my first bad experience is this fricken place...
SO UPSET WITH THE PEOPLE HERE.
