Everything else is poor:
- Cold "empty" breakfasts, not tasty at all. Only fried eggs and milk is good to eat
- Non stable beds on roller pads
- Very loud AC, working at it's max power always. I guess it has been a while when somebody refill it.
- All towels looks like they have been abandoned from WWII, ripped to shreds, and quickly mended. Also, you are obliged to return them before 19:00 on the same day. It's not comfortable.
For the unsophisticated travellers. Spirit of this hotel clearly smells from 80s - indeed, it needs some renovations.
My family and I were vacationing in Pattaya and decided to visit your hotel to look around the grounds and find out the room rates. The area is indeed very large, and by the time we had finished exploring, we were quite tired — especially our 7-month-old daughter.
When we approached the reception and asked for help to call a taxi (since we hadn’t yet bought a SIM card), we were told that this service is only for hotel guests. We then asked for the Wi-Fi password so we could call one ourselves, but were also refused for the same reason. The staff just told us to go out to the road and try to catch a taxi there.
I asked again, explaining that we had a small baby and were very tired, but the receptionist simply turned away with a blank expression. It was very unpleasant and disappointing.
After this experience, all desire to stay at your hotel completely disappeared.
