A good hotel near a shopping center, 50 meters from the sea. The staff is friendly. She liked that breakfast was at a neighboring hotel and not a buffet. She also didn't like that there was a smart TV, but you couldn't watch anything on it; it worked like a regular TV with only a couple of Russian channels. What's the point of a smart TV? We've watched YouTube and Netflix at other hotels. I might come back.

I’ve been here only for one night, so it was good experience for me
Nice staff, clean room, with big bed, TV, there is safe also, perfect location, 5 min to Central Festival, 3 min to beach
Not too crucial things for me, but maybe for someone it would be: small room, I mean you open a door and bed is here, if someone screams in corridor you will hear it, small windows (I had B801 room, maybe in other room they are bigger) no toothbrush/toothpaste any other useful stuff- only soap, shower gel and shampoo

Great hotel in the center of Pattaya right on the beach street. Good sea view from the high floors. Very good room cleaning. Spacious bathroom. High comfortable bed. Not my first time staying here and will come again!
A bit noisy air conditioning and not always someone at the reception. But everyone is very caring and responsive.

The hotel is located on 10th Street, close to the beach, surrounded by restaurants and massage parlors, the environment is quite quiet, it is worth recommending. But basically, in my opinion, the room with a terrace overlooking the beach is more suitable, the other one is a bit old (of course, the one overlooking the sea is more expensive)

It's hard to see the sea from the 4th floor and below, and there are other buildings in front of the hotel. The linens in Thai hotels are relatively clean, and the hotel services are the same. The hotel is located in Pattaya Soi 10, and it takes more than 10 minutes to walk to Soi 6 Girls Street or Soi 10 Boys Street.

Standard hotel, the smaller economy room was a little disappointing. The pool is in another building in another hotel owned by the same owner, can go there or in a restaurant which is also in that other building.

I heard rooms with the sea view are nice.
