I wish there had been a lift. The staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting with my luggage on stairs. The hotel is on a main bus route so travelling anywhere of interest for me was easy. Every service I wanted was within 5 minutes walk. Many of the local tourist attractions were easily accessible!

The lounge could do with a new couch, but overall for the price it was excellent. There were no cooking facilities, only a jug and a large enough fridge freezer. A toaster would have been nice for breakfast in the room. Nice handy pool right outside the door which was awesome.

The property is a condominium not a beach resort. Our apartment was on the 5th floor and was in need of updating. I do not think anything had been updated since it was built. It was serviced most days with water bottles and toilet rolls delivered and the bed sheets changed frequently. The pool area was great, but was like getting into a bath it was so hot! There is no assistance with what is on offer in the area and no help with organising trips or how to get around using the transport available. There is no reception. The Jomtien beach area was not good with a very murky sea and very crowded sunbeds.

When we arrived at the resort no one was there because it was a Sunday, so the maid let us in. It was bare bones to say the least. The maid gave us 4 bottles of water and a roll of toilet paper. The Wi-Fi was nonexistent in the condo you had to go outside and walk to the lobby to get service. The lobby was full of boxes, and building materials and it appeared it was under construction. The person in the office was not there most of the time if you had a question. I was very disappointed. I found out later that most of the condos were owned and ours was a rental from an owner. The fee we paid was very high after checking out the cost of other rentals in the area. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The best thing about this resort is the pool. The rooms we had (1br) were old, in need of new furniture and bedding and the room was shabby in many ways. It does have a good location (the beach is about 1km away) and parking. It is easy to confuse this with the other Chateau Dale managed by the same company right next door.

It's located at the happening place. Facilities are good and the room is very big.

Admittedly clean, but so SO dated. No Wifi. Minimum facilities (2 mugs , 3 teaspoons and 3 water glasses for up to 4 persons!!) No reception desk to speak to with problems. No one on arrival despite notification of my time 4pm. Pool and all communal ways excellent. However this apartment should not be listed until fully renovated to 2024 standards

Good hotel. You can stay here near bus-station (bus to airport Bangkok) for a good price.

Images shown were totally different when you see it, pool was not that clean and basically it was an outdated places to live.
