Fabulous 5star hotel in Central Pattaya at the beach in between the 2 shopping malls. I had marked the style and the Cadillac already several times, but this was my first stay and it was a gigantic success

Best hospitality service for all staff, good quality of food such as; breakfast and dinner. Quite room in the centre of Pattaya,easy to walk to the beach and shopping mall and any place.

The hotel has a charming retro Miami style that feels both elegant and relaxing. The room was super clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with a stunning sea view

And if the pool is too small for you, they offer free access with your room keycard to the large pool of the Bayview Hotel in their backyard

Perfect location, just steps away from the beach and near many great cafes. Definitely one of the best boutique hotels in Pattaya

An outstanding feature was the airconditioning: very effective and silent, a remarkable feature in Thailand. Breakfast was delicious and generous until 11am and we loved the art deco style throughout the hotel

Very professional with regard to your guest leaving. The rooms are old and they offer the same terrible breakfast buffet. Some times they offer a cooked breakfast from the menu

Thanks, the chef makes good breakfasts, and the mattress is soft. Hot water, tea, coffee, cream, sugar, and a kettle in the room, plus soft mattresses. It's not my first time staying there.

Hillside Resort Pattaya is located on Prathumnak Hill. The hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes away from the Pattaya & Jomtien beaches as well as the famous Walking Street

Booked the suite room, huge room with an amazing sea view. This made up for the poor coffee at breakfast time. In general, the breakfast could have been better. Nicer area of Pattaya but still close to everything

But All 3 days the same menu was repeated. The room service was responsive. We had a broken latch on our door. They immediately came over and fixed it. Overall we had a decent stay for the money paid

This is the third time I stayed here. The hotel is very safe with security guards and not far away from shops. Staff are friendly and they can speak English very well. Highly recommended for all!!!

My Stay here was good for this price range. The room is 700 m away from the main road. So we had to walk all the way for TUK TUK. The room was spacious and had a balcony with road view

The place is completely reachable with Grab, so location was not a problem at all. The sea view, especially during sunset was just splendid and made our stay all worth it

At some point I honestly felt like I was in Bali — it’s that quiet, green and peaceful. Completely away from the drunk crowds and the usual Pattaya vibe. This doesn’t feel like Pattaya at all — it’s a little paradise

There are so many perfect spots to sit, watch the sea, read, or simply take a nap, all surrounded by beautiful greenery and ample shade. The entire staff is wonderful, offering exceptional service and genuine smiles

The beach is clean, the room is beautiful, and the whole area is full of trees and greenery. Sunsets and sunrises here are just… wow. I felt so relaxed and recharged

It’s a good location. Right near the beach. I’ve stayed here before and it’s also been alright.

It’s also just a short walk to the night party streets, which is super convenient if you want to explore the nightlife. The highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool

The accommodation is clean and convenient to travel. Across the road is the beach.

The location was great because it was right along the beach road! There were no amenities such as toothbrushes, so you'll need to bring your own. Also, the hot water in the shower was hard to get in my room.

The female staff member was incredibly friendly and even helped me book a car back to Bangkok. The only minor issue in my room was a slightly clogged sink, but the shower pressure was fantastic – truly satisfying

Cleanliness is decent but not great, few socket points too, however all other facilities functioned as required. Bed was comfy, pool was nice, and breakfast is great

Yeah, I look really this place is a little gem the stafford great I didn’t have any breakfast but that’s my choice. Not that it wasn’t any good I heard it was very good so I don’t know though

Location wise it's amazing. Close to walking street and beach road. However, do note that its located in boys Town

The ladies at reception were also friendly and able to help with anything, they even provide free beach towels

Stayed here in late July 2025, a good location near 2nd road which you can take the 10B taxi to Central. Rooms were clean and of a good standard, room maids were good, always friendly

The price is reasonable and you can sleep quietly. There is a clothesline on the balcony where you can hang out your laundry. A happy family lives at the front desk. The pool is a little dirty with floating debris

Good location, it’s about 15 minutes from Central Pattaya and beach, a lot of food around here and laundry. The room was large, quiet and clean with good conditioning. I enjoyed and recommend to book this hotel!

This hotel isn't exactly on the center but it offers big rooms, clean and affordable prices. Only thing that bothered me was the internet: pretty unstable at times. Overall good budget option for your stay in Pattaya

Good value, clean rooms, good service, free drinking water 2 bottles each day, WiFi was a bit slow in the evening, 10 minute walk to Central Mall, good location, but pool was closed due to renovation

Only complaint is that the water is not hot or warm at all. Next time I will stay, I will check again to see if it has been fixed. But it is impressive and makes me want to go back to stay again

Just like the photos, it's right on the beachfront road, directly across from the sea. We had two rooms, and breakfast with a view of the ocean was incredibly relaxing.

The room type I booked had no windows, so as soon as I woke up, I'd take a taxi to the school by the sea and spend the whole day at the restaurant there

If you're on vacation, it's definitely worth booking a nicer room with a sea view. That way, you can just relax comfortably in the hotel every day

30pm, last minute decide to join the Pattaya 3 days countdown concert at the beach side. Its a walking distance for 10-15mins only very convenience. Walking about 15min to Big C and 20min to Terminal 21

For the price, it's top value. Unfortunately, due to poor maintenance, some rooms are older than the others. Still, great price, great location

Definitely give it 5 stars is it wasn't for the bars playing loud music till 2am, even if it was 1am they played loud music till it would be better but apart from that no complaints, really nice staff always pleasent which is a big bonus for me, mine sized rooms, TV is an OK size, the WiFi is okay (maybe a little slow yet OK for browsing and YouTube) would definitely stay again

It a amazing good value with big rooms. No need for a car or motorcycle. I'd give it five stars if there was no smoking in the rooms. But I will always come back here and just bring a spray

It's comfortable, quiet, and the staff are friendly. Its unbeatable proximity to Soi Buakhao makes it my absolute favorite. Just a heads-up, as it's an older hotel, some of the facilities are a bit dated

almost good The building and facilities are old, but you get used to it during your stay. Despite the convenient location, you can barely hear the noise from the surrounding bars

Rooms are large, nice swimming pool, restaurant good value, situated near Soi Diane night clubs. I lived there for 6 years and never had a spot of bother. The Owner is a very nice man. I always enjoy Going back.
