I've actually written a dedicated post recommending this hotel in the past, and even after staying here over five times, I still believe it's worth recommending

However, on this latest visit, I distinctly noticed fewer guests, a reduced breakfast selection, and that they were cutting corners on some services

The lobby is spacious and faces directly onto the pool and beach, a design I feel is common in many older, more traditional Thai hotels

This is definitely one of the hotels that I will come back to. It is right opposite the beach and 10 mins toktok drive from Walking street. I will say location is Ok not the best but it does the job

I read reviews before I booked my stay, I am staying a week and was given a room on the 5th floor. A corner room facing the beach. I have not experienced anything I read in other reviews

Only book this hotel for the sea view. If you plan to just book a regular room, I suggest you look elsewhere where they have better amenities. Breakfast was basic. They did have fresh squeezed OJ.

One was in second floor and other 3 we got in 4th floor. 2nd floor had a strong tobacco smell all around. The rooms were clean and convenient. Breakfast was good , pool was well maintained and staffs were also good

The swimming pool is practically unusable because of the foul sewage smell coming from the treatment plant next door. It’s embarrassing to even call it a relaxation area

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location close to Pattaya Beach, the pier for Coral Island, and the Pattaya hill sign

We arrived early to the venue, they did not allow us an early check-in which is expected, but the room was not ready even after we returned after roaming a while to meet the actual check-in time allowed by the hotel

There was no apology from the hotel but a shout from the room cleaning servant trying to convey that the room is not yet ready when we tried to open the room with access card provided by the hotel receptionist

A refundable deposit of 2,000 Baht is required at check-in, which was not mentioned on any booking platform. Even though it’s refundable, the lack of prior information feels misleading

The breakfast buffet was average, but the service was lazy and careless. Tables were left dirty for long periods, and no one seemed bothered to maintain basic standards

Such an amazing hotel, rooms are really spacious, pools are amazing, its a bit far out from anywhere but really nice and quiet and staff were very friendly and helpful.

It felt great when we arrived and checked in. The room and the pool were clean, and they gave us a special price

I stayed here every time I visited my friend. The Villa rooms are close to the sea, very nice view at both sunset & sunrise. Its swimming pool is beautiful

Its location is near the Naklua market where there are the seafood market & various home-recipe restaurants & food shops

Nice hotel. Luckily we had an upgrade to the newer room near the pool. The room is nice with a small balcony. The breakfast was ok but the pool was really great.

Easy walking distance to most points of interest on that end of town. Balcony rooms are great with views of the water and pool. The pool is awesome 3 meters in the deep end

The pool is an average one with gym beside, the breakfast was average, perfect for families, just beside the beach, also everything was real good I felt, except they are a little short of stuff

Great location! It's right across the street from Terminal 11, and a short walk to the beach if you turn right out of the hotel. There are songthaews (shared taxis) available right outside to take you along Beach Road

Pros: location is great just over the road from terminal and a quick walk to the beach. Cons: breakfast very mediocre

The accommodation is good! We had the Room Deluxe with whirlwind pool in our balcony. It was nice to chill in there peaceful. The breakfast buffet was good

It's about 3 km from the Sanctuary of Truth, and you can get there by songthaew. Various shows are also within walking distance. The price is cheap, and breakfast meets basic needs

Friendly staff. Nice room, great large bathroom. It's located right in the middle of Boyztown, so don't be surprised. Walking Street, Beach Road, and more are all within walking distance.

Unfortunately I got sick and could not go to another hotel, and all the cheap rooms were booked and, my room, I could not extend. I asked at the front desk for a later move. Because I wanted to get a good night's sleep

Moved from a cheaper room to a more expensive room. In this room there were large gaps in the window. All the sounds from the street were very audible. Single window (the cheaper room had a double window)

But, I didn't get the point that I asked for a later room move because I was called to my room 2 hours before the supposed move. Even though I'm just moving from one floor to another floor

Hotel location is suoerb. Close to many shopping malls n room is spacious. Lift landing floor at lvl 3..room is spacious and good services

The room has a balcony and is very comfortable. The swimming pool is a bit small. The only problem is that the location is a bit remote. It is only 500 meters away from the beach

However, the beach is a bit smelly and not well maintained

But for not much money and the service is appropriate. Wi-Fi in the room almost does not work, and also jams mobile Internet. The pool is very small and not improved. Breakfasts, you can choose, no frills

Awesome morning staff, 7/11 a few steps away for cheap water, yogurt, beer for fridge. 24 hour McDonald's/mall next door, 5 minutes to Walking Street. Centrally located 30 seconds from beach

Room is nice and cool. Small though but good with budget travellers. Service is not good though. Their free breakfast starts at 8:30am. Location is close to beach and Mcdonalds is near also.

There is a huge sliding mirror door to separate living room to bedroom, the Jacuzzi was perfect and loved the shower with two independent shower heads. The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty options and specials

Staff very helpful especially Pang. Great check-in and check-out help. Bar drinks and happy hour is great. Indian options also available though limited. But who want to have Indian in Thailand anyway

Currently staying here on my latest visit. Have been coming here for many years with my Thai partner. Lovely old hotel with clean, recently renovated rooms and great staff who have been here forever

Quiet but close to everything. I don’t book breakfast after some less than good experiences. Most clientele is mature aged, which makes for a better night’s sleep

The location is great, on 2nd Road - an easy walk to the beach and most places of interest in Pattaya. The car park is huge, but not covered. Swimming pool is nice, but very little shade so pretty hot until about 4pm

Nice property located conveniently near beach and city centre. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and hygienic. Staff was helpful and gave us an upgrade to a suite at check-in. Will recommend Nova Park for longer stays

I was a solo traveler. This hotel had a kitchen in the room and it was very helpful in order to keep my meals. Also very clean swimming pool.

The pool is huge! Breakfast is served next door at the Nova Suite.

The biggest NEGATIVE is that every single night there is a club in the area that BLASTS music to 4AM and you can audibly hear it in the rooms!! Luckily, my hearing is bad so it didn't bother me so much

Very close to the beach. Both the service and the ambiance were excellent.

Also, it is relatively larger than most other rooms in the area. The pool is on the rooftop without building surroundings, and that's another reason I chose the place. TV is relatively old, and it has no HDMI

Brilliant hotel brilliant services just one of the clearers very small and very old always asked for money and for small dirt on towels she always charged money but had to give her the money i think she was just doing this to make extra money, other than that everyone was excellent service

Mattresses are hard, lights are multiple, but dim and insufficient, especially in the bathroom, and the showers are challenging because of water pouring all over the floor, making it very tricky to step out, not recommended for older folks

GREAT stay again @ my preffered hotel at Pattaya. Closed by Central Pattaya, Soi 6 , Beach-Road, Soi Bhuakao, even Walking Street within 20min walking distance. ENJOY it & PATTAYA 🤗

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is my third year staying at Adelphi Pattaya every July, and it never disappoints. I may not be the easiest guest, but the staff — especially Jab, Golf, and Wan — are always kind, patient, and professional

A nice hotel with good vibes and a real nice rooftop pool area, just 200 meters from the nightlife and a few more blocks from the beach. Didn't have breakfast, just a coffebar with some bread. I still recommend :)

You really couldn't get a more central location. Tree Town just a few minutes walk and the rest of Soi Baukouw really a bus ride. the staff are very welcoming from the moment you walk through the door
