Hotels with pool near sea in Pattaya

Bathroom is clean, with instant running hot water but with limited toiletries, they provided clean towels every day. There is a pool that we did not use, but we had breakfast by the pool one day

Reasonable price , excellent location for night attraction differ club and Bone club. Caution if u want the beach scene. Btw there is a pool for kid n adult

They do not have a guest pick up, but the reception counter will kindly guide in case you are lost. Rooms are simple, clean nothing fancy, with good air com, our room was pool facing

The location is everything. It's next to shopping center, restaurant, massage shop, hairdresser. The hotel need the renovation but the room is clean, swimming pool is clean and it cheap.

The air conditioner is cool and very clean. There is a separate bathroom and shower room. The bathroom is very spacious. The fitness center has a lot of good stuff. Both swimming pools are the best

Pros: quiet (the hotel has only 1 floor, divided into separate sections), greenery, birds singing, there were no rowdy guests on the eve of the New Year holidays

Not bad repair in the room, they give 2 bottles of drinking water in glass bottles, shampoo, soap. Coffee, tea are not given as in other 3-star hotels

Cons: it is located very far from Wong Amat (70-120 baht) to get there by taxi

This small but cozy hotel has a fantastic location. It is located almost 3 minutes from a very good beach. Very large room, there is a large sofa. And the main plus for me is that there was a microwave in the room

The room is spacious, near the beach. The furniture is good, water is not very strong but afordable. Near the hotel are many restaurant. I recommend the restaurant opposite the nearest 7eleven

We went to the beach, rented some beach chairs and slept until check in. Over all, you can't go wrong staying here. You will have a 15 min plus drive to Pattaya Central Mall, Jomtein

The appearance seems simple but it's great inside. It's real close to the beach which turned out to be a lifesaver since we came well ahead of check in time

It is a quiet area that is peaceful and within walking distance from The Sanctuary Temple, as well as several private resort beaches that are accessible to the public. Many fresh food restaurants nearby as well

Staff are super friendly and the pool is so quiet it often is just you using it. Best part is the price of 650 baht a night, best value I have had in the area

Very young cute staff happy to greet you and help however and whenever they can. It's a busy hotel near the Sanctuary of Truth so isn't near the main walking area's of the city so no traffic noise to keep you awake

For best prices it's best to book in advance online as walk ins pay almost double the advertised price showing on Google maps. Rooms have air con and fridge. Room 202 has bad odor coming from the drains

the building is not new, the rooms have not been renovated for a long time. but the location is ideal

We had the penthouse suites which has three bedroom suites, a swimming pool and a bar on top! The sea view in our room was stunning. The welcome was excellent, really taking care of the customer with attention to details

At night, you can enjoy your cocktail drinks at the pool side while listening to their live entertainment. They offered free transportation going to the nearest beach which I find it very convenient

The rooms at Sabai Living Pattaya were clean and bright and the location was cozy and central with only a five minute walk to the beach

Excellent value for money and the perfect location for exploring Pattaya. Everything is within walking distance and central mall is just two minutes walk yet it’s quiet and peaceful away from the main road.

The staff were also very welcoming and helped us with our luggage to the room

I-Rovers is a sports bar which has multiple large screen tvs with different sports/events and two dart boards and a pool table

it ticks all the boxes from location to awesome staff food drinks sports it has it all and going the extra mile not like other places I've stayed at 2nd time here and I'll be back again

Centrally located in the party area. Room was spacious and lots of things happening around.

We stayed a week at I-Rovers in a superior 2nd floor room facing the bar street with a balcony. Pros: The breakfast was great and cheap. Actually, all the food and drinks were very good and affordable

The shower was hot and had good water pressure. Cons: If you are looking for a long night out on bar street, this location is perfect. But if you want to go to bed early, you really need earplugs

The room was very spacious with a large fridge and the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were harder than I prefer. The A/C worked great and the tv had movie and sports channels

This place is on backstreets, so not much noise. Rooms could do with a lick of paint. Pool is swimable, with a children's pool included. A bit too much chlorine I noticed but ok otherwise.

Price with the condition the room was okay..but not really a great food...if no car should find a place in the city...

Middle range accommodation to a decent standard, nice garden.

Beach road around 10 min walk, walking street around 25 min walk or tuktuk 5-7min. If you alone or with your family this is the place you can stay

This hotel has an amazing location. Beach road and Tiffany's show both are accessible on foot from here. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with air conditioning and big bathrooms

The location is also good, though a bit far from Walking Street, but one can walk to the beach road and we did that

Nice budget hotel in Pattaya Klang. There is enough parking space in the back. Beach on walking distance, many restaurants in the neighborhood, Soi Buakhao on walking distance. They just renovated the rooms

I spent a lot of time in the resort-like pool. Dated lounge chairs are heavy wood and should be replaced. Wooden fixtures such as bed frame need replacement too. No restaurant but not an issue

Rooms were Spacious and clean but no frills. AC works well and there’s a sizable fridge and balcony in the standard room. Hot Shower and wifi are working well. Bed was firm but allows comfortable sleep till morning

It was A Great find… didn’t book a hotel Until arrived in the wee hours and proceeded to walk in to ask if available and it was! Rate wasn’t that high even though it was last minute and not booked online

You're on Beach Road in 5 minutes. But! There's a bar nearby, and they usually celebrate birthdays on Sundays. I listened to American rock by Thai singers until 3 AM)))

They don't charge for guests (you know what I mean). The bed has an orthopedic mattress, which is firm. Linens are changed, towels too, and shampoo is provided. The reception smells of incense

Jp Inn Pattaya is right in the center of Pattaya where you can food easily. Beside you have Pubs for a couple of drinks and the beach, shopping centres is within walking distance 😁

The location is excellent, but it's very noisy because it's right next to the street.

Another benefit is they was clothes on site for a fair price. There were very accommodating when I needed to extend for 2 days. It's a small boutique place with great service and very close to nightlife and restaurants

I'd call it a boutique hotel, it had delightful furnishings, the in-room facilities were great, it had air-con AND a fan, (I'm not sure about you but I love a fan for sleeping), and a good shower

I love the Thai hospitality at Sutus Court at the best place in Pattaya with 2 swimming pools around 7 buildings owned by the hotel

The location is very convenient. The price is cheaper than other facilities. The facilities are simple but they have a pool. Most rooms have balconies so you can smoke on the balcony.

Great stay Nice hotel in a quiet street. Safe, watercooker, great wifi, good shower. The only bad thing a noticed was the last mirning before checkout. The sugarbags contained small ants

Please replace those!! Also be aware. There is no elevator (I won't deduct point fot that)
