R-Con Blue Ocean Hotel in Pattaya

I don't give a star to spare the staff who were always nice, the rest a disaster. Decadent hotel, left to itself, works little or nothing, staff is the only good thing, rooms are dilapidated, towels old and all broken, air conditioning set not adjustable, or you die hot or cold, you are lucky if you find the room that has batteries on the safe, an elevator for 8 floors, luckily the hotel was empty, at 20 the reception closes. To lock the door I had to try for 5 minutes, came a manto fix the lock but
To no avail. The pool is dirty, with no chairs and 3 dirty and old plastic tables. The furniture is falling apart as well as the plaster and everything in the room, The lights work in half, and broken curtains. 2 stars because the staff does everything possible to keep clean and be kind, the property instead only thinks of cashing in without giving services or fixing at least a little. A maintainer would be enough to solve the small problems, locks, handles, light bulbs, climate, curtains, doors, windows, shower, the hotel is falling apart and they do not even want to spend 1 euro to buy the battery for the safe and the remote controls of the TV and climate
You have to buy them yourself. (I waited for the tv remote for 5 days because they didn't have any).

Cheap dirty rooms, worn out beds, furniture and tiny TV, no WiFi. Couldn't pay me to stay here, I visited a guy that lives full time there so maybe other rooms better but I doubt it. 5000 baht a month plus water and electricity.
