We arrived late, but I had messaged the hotel beforehand and they were ready to welcome us and get us checked in. Every morning they provided fresh water. The room was clean, with a smart TV and a new air conditioner. Water, toilet paper, towels, a kettle, and glasses were all provided. Outside, there was a smoking area, a clothes dryer, and a bench. We stayed on the first floor; the birds singing...

There are no complaints about the hotel itself. However, it's located near some bars, which can be quite noisy. Plus, the guests themselves are quite noisy. They talk until late and slam doors.

Excellent budget hotel! The garden is beautiful and well-maintained, with lovely flowers and trees. Birds wake you up with their songs at 6 AM. It's a very quiet place. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

The sound of the waves at your door step , is priceless . ...the sunrise was spectacular. The room had the basics and was clean. The staff were very friendly. Check-in and out were simple. It was only a one-night stay, but I highly recommend waking up early and taking in the sunrise on a beach walk. Everything else you need is within a stone's throw there in Lamai.

I was upgraded to a bungalow closer to the beach which was nice. I would rate this property as 3-star. The air-con didn't seem to be capable of getting cooler than 23 degrees and you can't have the curtains open as people walking past can see right in. Also, not sure about the rest of Koh Samui but the fact you can't flush ANY toilet paper but have to deposit it the adjacent open bin meant I was happy...

Found this little gem for short stay at the end of lamai beach spacious rooms tucked away in garden setting located on a beautiful swimming beach. Resort has free use if paddleboards kayaks and snorkelling equipment restaurant on the beach. It right near grandfather grandmother rock. Great place owner and staff very friendly and helpful.

The location is really nice if you like it a little bit more quiet. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach and you have a lot of restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and in comparison to a lot of places on Samui fairly priced. We would definitely come back!

PERFECT! Localized 200m from beach which you can reach by walk throught another resort in 5 minutes. Our apartman was clean and without any problems. Excellent hotel. Very good location in a non-busy part of Lamai. Beach 5 minutes. Restaurants 2 minutes. Supermarket 10 minutes. Club life of the beach - 15 minutes. Very pleasant hosts. This was the best stay in Koh Samui ever! The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, there was a private veranda, lots of greenery, a light yet cozy interior, and a wonderful neighborhood. Lamai has become a favorite spot in my life.

Excellent location that is less than 10minute walk to the beach. We booked the double room and left it a bit late so the accommodation in Samui was expensive but this was on the cheaper end so I wasn't expecting much to be honest. It totally exceeded my expectations. It has a porch and swimming pool and is lovely and quiet but still in the town. The most important thing for me was it was clean.

Really great guesthouse, during June no too much customer so it was really quiet, pool was clean and warm, actually it get clean everyday same for the garden which is really nice. Best Place in Lamai for Long Stay

Mrs Bobby (the owner) was present and around the hotel everyday, very kind and helpful. You can see the beach from your patio and they keep the place tidy at all times. Very local family feel and the staff were always full of smiles. So few places like this in today's world. Absolutely a great place to sit, work enjoy the quiet. Will definitely stay again. The location is in the alley next to the big C supermarket. Someone will come to open the door as soon as you call. The service is quite thoughtful and enthusiastic. Wow a perfect resort for relaxing and quietness. We had a lovely garden bugalow which was perfect 🤩. All staff friendly and cheerful. Bed very comfy slept well. Balcony area was a good size. Stayed here for 3 nights and couldn’t complain about anything. Pool area was lovely and in the sun most of the day, pool table is free next to reception and the receptionist- Chaara or Chaaya was perfect. A bungalow resort with a nice layout, wich ensures the pool has warm and inviting water. The pool is deep and large enough for a good excercise swim. Quiet and relaxing hotel with several bungalows. We stayed in a sea-view bungalow, and it couldn’t have been better — sitting on the terrace at sunset was simply perfect. We spend two night in this place and im very satisfied with our house. The view is unbelievable, the rooms are spacious and built with regards to the nature. Really great place to stay great location

Great location. Wonderful staff. Manage expectations on the room but for the price a nice place to come to. Walk down the street about 200 feet and you are on Lamai beach. Plenty of sun beds to rent with resort service.
