Excellent location that is less than 10minute walk to the beach. We booked the double room and left it a bit late so the accommodation in Samui was expensive but this was on the cheaper end so I wasn't expecting much to be honest. It totally exceeded my expectations. It has a porch and swimming pool and is lovely and quiet but still in the town.
The most important thing for me was it was clean.

I liked everything! The staff is polite and friendly. Great location, everything is nearby. 550 m to the sea. I stayed there for 2 days and had a great rest!

Slightly disappointed with our stay. This was the only location we stayed during our travels that didn’t provide bottled water each day and the rooms were only cleaned twice per week. Reception isn’t 24 hours which also isn’t ideal. There was also no shampoo or soap in the bathroom which was strange, every other place we stayed no matter how cheap had provided this. There was also a man staying in one of rooms who was either very drunk or on drugs numerous days and made us feel quite uncomfortable. He would be sitting outside during the day making loud noises then would head out at night. We saw him trying to talk to a young girl working at the restaurant next door and a male staff member from the restaurant had to come and get him to leave her alone. Not necessarily the hotels fault but wouldn’t have liked to be staying with children with someone like that around. Pool was fine and seemed to be kept clean. Location was good, quiet at night but also close to the main areas in Lamai. Overall it was an ok stay but we stayed in other places for the same price or less with better service and amenities when travelling Thailand. Might find better value for money elsewhere.

Really great guesthouse, during June no too much customer so it was really quiet, pool was clean and warm, actually it get clean everyday same for the garden which is really nice.
The room are spacious enough, bathroom is huge and it's always cool to have a kitchen with fridge, microwave and boiler.
Staff is really nice and helpful.

Best Place in Lamai for Long Stay

There is a bar district nearby that plays music until around 3am and the noise level is high when there are live performances.
The pool is large enough for splashing around in the water.
It is about a 7-minute walk to the beach.
The sea is not as clean as in Okinawa.
The rooms are old but spacious so were fine.
The hotel is 3 stories high but there is no lift.
There is a delicious Thai restaurant in front of the hotel which is convenient.
There is a bike rental shop with a relatively large number of bikes and a bike repair shop attached about a 4-minute walk away, which is also convenient.
A taxi from the airport to this area took about 30 minutes and cost 600 baht. It is not metered.

Thanks to this hotel! I recommend! The only thing nearby is a construction site... there is a cafe nearby that serves delicious, cheap food! Poor internet in the hotel

Stayed here for a few nights, only 5 min walk to Lamai beach which is amazing, pool at the hotel is a good size and a good place to chill off when there. Wi-Fi wasn’t great, and the music from the adult bars nearby goes on late however it was a good place for the price

The hotel seems to be about the same price. It is convenient for meals as it is close to the center of Lamai. This is not the hotel's fault, but the road in front of us was under construction and there was always a puddle of water, which was inconvenient. Amenities include shampoo and body soap.

This place would have received 5 stars if the WiFi worked in our bungalow (number 14)! We just went to reception if we wanted to use it, where it worked very well.
The lady at reception was extremely helpful and friendly. She let us check in before 12 noon (despite website saying this wasn’t possible).
The very spacious bungalow had a large bedroom, large shower room, and a utility room with sink and fridge and backdoor.
The bungalow had very good/powerful air con, with fans aswell.
Cable TV provided, with decent channels (we watched World Cup football!)
The hotel was in a good location, close to bars, restaurants and shops, but still quiet at night
We did notice some mosquitoes at nighttime in the reception area.
