Honestly, everything was perfect, and most of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Our butler, Tak, was also incredibly thoughtful. Spent part of our honeymoon here! Beautiful beach and excellent service! Our room had a sweet pool and hot tub. Chan did an amazing job helping us with adjusting our itinerary as needed! Good hotel to relax and get some quiet time. I’d recommend for a trip where you are looking to spend a lot of relaxing time at the resort to get your money’s worth!

Resort is amazing. Villa is clean and the staffs does an excellent service throughout your stay. Restaurants and breakfast buffet could be better though. 

My husband absolutely loves this hotel! The beach access is super convenient, and the welcoming drink was a nice touch. All the staff are really friendly and the breakfast is fantastic – you can even order off-menu items. The only minor drawback is that they don't automatically provide toothbrushes.

This is a good hotel with a very convenient location for shops and restaurants. The beach itself is just okay, but that's pretty much the case for all of Lamai Beach, nothing new there. They don't have their own sun loungers, and it's a 3-minute walk to the beach.

Great view of the beach and pool from my balcony. It was a bargain to have got this place for the amount of money paid. The breakfast provided was to a quality standard 🤌. The view from the breakfast lounge is so unreal. You can get a great sunset view from their private beach!

A little out of the main area of Lamai, but still good accommodation, the staff are all very welcoming and friendly, special mention to the pool bar staff, who were wonderful to us during our stay, making sure we were always had cold drinks on hand. This is a good hotel with three buildings and its own cozy courtyard. It has a nice, small pool, and there's also a large parking lot for motorbikes and cars. Plenty of cafes and shops are within walking distance, and it's not far from the sea. Breakfast isn't included, but it's not really needed.

The hotel is about a kilometer from Lamai Beach. Right outside, you'll find Lamai Market, a pharmacy, restaurants, and massage places – it's incredibly convenient. The balcony in the room was quite spacious, perfect for lounging comfortably.

A bit pricier than the kind of places I normally stay, but totally worth it. Close to the beach and the night market but secluded and quite quiet, it's the perfect place to stay. They bring you new water everyday and the swimming pool is a great place to cool off.

The hotel is in an amazing location just walk across the road to the beach and restaurants. The grounds are nice and pool area is great. We got two rooms and although very dated they were neat tidy, aircon worked, comfortable. We stayed for 5 nights and had no issues enjoyed the stay and would recommend on location alone!

Great hotel by the beach! Our room was more towards the street rather than beachfront but it was a great central location and the room was huge and beautiful! Great air conditioning and a nice patio with 2 chairs and a table for us to enjoy our coffee. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and available 24 hours. We checked in late at 10pm so this was a nice feature to have them on site!

The hotel is on the 1st line, the sea is a minute away. There is a cafe, money exchange, travel agencies, laundry, bike rental, massage parlor nearby. The room is cleaned every day, I recommend the bungalow, the breakfasts are good. Of the minuses, the air conditioner is very noisy, there is no safe, hair dryer.

Great hotel! But make sure you get a room with a sea view! The view from the balcony is stunning. Everything is new and clean, the air conditioning is good, the mattress is comfortable, and the bed linens are excellent. The shower has good pressure. The staff is friendly. This is a very good 3-star hotel right on the beach in Lamai. I stayed in a hotel room for two weeks during early October, which low season. It was quiet when I was there, but it will probably be loud during peak season. The rooms are simple, but clean and well taken care of. The staff is very helpful and nice. The hotel has seen better days. Facilties are old but works. Expect basic and you're fine. My major gripe is that I paid for a seaview room but I was allocated a room on level 3 with seaview barley in sight blocked by trees and building. Unless you're assigned a room on level 4 (the highest), I think it's not worth paying a premium for seaview.
