We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The breakfast was perfect 😋 with a large variety of delicious options — the best way to start the day!
Our double room was spacious and very clean 🧼🛏️. We really appreciated that water and coffee were refilled daily ☕💧. Pool towels and a laundry service are also available — very convenient 👍.
The pool is beautiful, large, and well-maintained 🏊♂️💙 — ideal for relaxing in the sun. The fitness studio is okay and offers everything you need for a quick workout 💪.
The location is excellent: close to the beach 🏖️ and surrounded by shops and restaurants 🛍️🍜 — everything is within walking distance: night market, snake show, beach and much more.
A special shout-out to the staff: very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful 😊🤝 — we felt at home from the first moment.
Overall: A fantastic hotel with great service, perfect location, and a feel-good atmosphere! We would definitely stay here again ❤️👏
**Pros:**
It's a quiet retreat conveniently located within walking distance of the bustling town. There's a 7-Eleven just under 100 meters away. The hotel isn't large, but the ambiance is lovely, and the service was good. At a price point of 300+, it offers excellent value for money.
**Cons:**
The room layout was not very practical. There were no power outlets near the bed, and the light switches were poorly placed, hidden in corners and scattered throughout the room, which was very inconvenient. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy.
My biggest dissatisfaction was the breakfast. It consisted almost entirely of bread with minimal other options. There was a noodle soup station, but it was usually unstaffed, so I never got to try it. By the third day, I had completely run out of things to eat and truly hope they can improve the variety.
Additionally, the water quality wasn't great, though this might be typical for Ao Nang.
**Overall:**
Ultimately, its main selling point is the excellent value for money.
Overall, this hotel met all my expectations: excellent location, calm environment, overall room cleanliness and amenities, varied and delicious breakfast and very prompt and helpful services from the staff. So glad I booked this hotel!

check in was at apple a day resort which is a short walk away so if youre coming from the airport, select apple a day resort as your destination. there is no lift at capuchin hotel so i can imagine it will be a pain if you are staying on the floors above the second.
wifi was stable but you have to keep logging in to use it on your devices.
we informed reception about the remote control not working and the tv’s volume was stuck on the max. the hairdryer was really weak and could not dry my hair at all. nothing was done unfortunately and we could not use the tv.
otherwise, great location and it’s really nearby to numerous eateries, tourist information kiosks and 7-11.
