2. Recep cannot speak english. Basic english also cannot. Always forgetful. Ask for THB 500 but no change for 1000THB. Waiting for keys take 15 mins at recep. Recep will bring one by one to their own room even thou some of our group is at the same area eg Villa area or Hotel area. Juz one shot bring us, not require come back to & fro as u make other wait.
3. The breakfast sucks, not proper & hygenie.
4. Water from the sink is dirty. From the toilet bowl once u flush also is dirty. Shower water is dripping, so little, bidet also little water.
5. The linens u can see its dirty & some got stains.
6. The only plus point is the balcony view. Thats all i take pic.
PS. Wont this hotel again. Not worth the price
That said, I couldn’t shake the feeling that this place has a lot of unrealised potential. The pool area could be cleaned and maintained better, and the rooms feel a little tired. On entering the villa, I was slightly underwhelmed as it looked worn compared to the photos. The hot water was also not very hot, which was disappointing. In addition, some of the water taps and electrical sockets were poorly maintained, with a few hanging loose from the wall, which didn’t inspire confidence.
I noticed some criticism online about the receptionist (the girl wearing the headdress), but I personally found her pleasant enough. I suspect she treats guests how they treat her.
It would have been nice to receive assistance with luggage between reception and the room, though this is a minor point.
For the price I paid, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless it was significantly cheaper. It was decent enough, but with some investment and better upkeep, it could be much better.

The hotel is disgusting, the room we had was P101. It had rat poo throughout the property, with extremely low standards of cleaning, security, & sanitation. The curtains bled through light, like they were none existent. From early dawn to sunrise, all you could hear was the constant sound of rats running through the cavity of both ceilings and walls. This was reported to the ever so delightful receptionists… NOT, several times and simply just looked at us like, this was completely normal. Finally, the bed, well…. Let’s put it this way, if acupuncture is what you’re after, book up!
Secondly, regarding the rat situation this wasn’t just us, we spoke to 2 different parties staying at this resort, with the same problem.
There were two good things though, the AC worked well and the tv was modern. So if you’re after a nice ac and smart tv, go here.
Location isn’t great either, 20-25min walk from Ao Nang & Latenight market. With the closest store 10mins away.
It has a wonderful green garden and spacious, comfortable rooms. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. Any request is handled within seconds — they opened the safe for us in the middle of the night, printed our tickets and visas, and provided water at our request because we forgot to buy some — all free of charge. Every day we returned to a perfectly clean room with fresh towels, water, and complimentary coffee waiting for us. The air conditioning worked very well, and we connected our own drive to the smart TV to watch movies in our language. It is very quiet at night. Most guests are families, and everyone respects each other’s peace. Breakfasts are very generous and served as a buffet.
The hotel is located about a 15–20 minute walk from the beach. We recommend renting a motorbike or using taxis (they do not arrive immediately, so some waiting is required). This was not an issue for us, as we went on excursions every day and were picked up directly from the hotel. There is a shop about a 7-minute walk away, a 7-Eleven within 15 minutes, and excursions can be booked right near the hotel at very good prices — much better than on the beach.
Many thanks to the hotel staff for a wonderful stay. We have already visited your hotel twice and will definitely return again next year.
