The views are lovely, and it's right on Tukka Beach where you can go kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, and even try some clam digging. The big trees in the common areas are beautiful. The restaurant mainly serves Western food, which got a bit repetitive after a while. When I booked, there weren't any connecting rooms available, so I ended up with a deluxe room and a pool access room upstairs. On the first night, there was no hot water, and even after it was fixed, it took a long time to heat up. I didn't get to shower until midnight in the public bathroom, which was a very unpleasant experience as I was so tired. I didn't even get to have a proper soak. The hotel upgraded me to a pool access room for the second night, which wasn't a huge upgrade but I accepted it rather than argue. Overall, if it's not peak season, the value for money is excellent. During peak season, it's about average.

Tubkaek Beach was our chosen sunset destination for our family trip to Krabi. Tubkaek Beach is renowned as one of Krabi's most beautiful sunset viewing spots. This hotel is located right next to a famous 5-star hotel that was once featured on Unseen Thailand, sharing the same beachfront. As for the hotel itself, the pool-view room we stayed in was spacious with a large balcony. The hotel boasts two swimming pools. The rooms are decorated with wood, giving them a vintage feel, but they are well-maintained. The hotel has a continuous beachfront access, so it's just a short walk from the room to the beach. The staff provided excellent and polite service. The restaurant offers stunning views of the islands and mountains in the sea. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive and delicious, especially the fish congee, which was superb. The hotel offers a shuttle service for transportation within the property and free kayak activities. It's perfect for a relaxing stay where you don't need to leave the hotel.

We were here for five days and enjoyed every second, from the breakfast buffet to the free kayak service and the restaurant bar on the beach!
The staff are the loveliest people.
I saw many bad reviews and it’s hard to believe people said bad things about this place. If you come with a smile, everyone will smile back at you.
There are two pools to enjoy from and you can also rent a motorcycle from the reception.
There are many butterflies and frogs here that enjoy this place just as much as we do if not even more.
I really recommend coming here!
It is around a fifteen minute drive away from aonang market which is a great place to go!

I reserved a room with the option of one king bed or two single beds, choosing two single beds. However, the actual room only had one king bed.

I requested a change at the front desk, but they repeatedly stated there were no twin rooms available and that previous guests had been satisfied with this arrangement, so they could not change the room.

In the end, I settled for just getting another set of blankets, but if there are no twin beds available, shouldn't they not offer that option in the booking site?
Since it was just my high school son and me traveling together, I wouldn't have booked it if there were no twin beds available.

The location was a very nice place to relax.

This resort-style tropical hotel is located right on the beachfront. The beach has shallow waters, making it perfect for families with young children to enjoy swimming safely. The atmosphere is truly relaxing—ideal for anyone who loves peace and quiet. At night, it’s wonderful to take a stroll along the beach and just unwind.

The service was very impressive. All staff members had a great service mind and radiated good energy, especially Khun Kee, the security guard, who was extremely helpful.

The bed was a bit firm, but they provided a topper upon request, and the staff responded quickly and efficiently.

The breakfast, however, was a bit disappointing due to the limited choices and rather plain selection. That said, the fish porridge was delicious.

The swimming pool is in a great location, with sunlight reaching it throughout the day—perfect for sunbathing.

Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely come back again. Thank you for the excellent service! 💯😍

Hotel is lovely with a nice beach to relax. Food at the hotel is pricey as expected. Staff was helpful during the rain as we had a baby with a buggy service.
The only thing which we didn't quite like was the bed, which was noisy and super hard. The baby cot given to us was also in a bad shape, so we ended up having our baby sleep between us. The room was super cold and nice. Overall, I loved the place with its peaceful surroundings and would visit again if I were to stay at this location.

We had the most amazing stay at Tup Kaek Sunset Beach Resort! The beachfront villa was everything we hoped for—spacious, beautifully designed, and just steps away from the sand and sea. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunset from our terrace was truly unforgettable.

The food at the resort was consistently delicious, with a great variety of Thai and international options. We especially loved the fresh seafood and tropical fruit.

The beach itself is pristine—clean, quiet, and perfect for swimming or just relaxing with a good book. It felt like our own private paradise.

What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for couples, families, or anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, peaceful setting!
