It was in a decent location. On the balcony you could put your clothes to dry.
No soap given, even when we asked at reception, so you would have to step into the shower and get some shower gel to use to wash your hands. Paper thin walls that you could hear other people talking through them or hear the ac unit from other rooms.
Towels smelled fresh, but they looked like they were used thousands of times, as they were not proper white and had marks on them. Bedsheets as well.
Door from bathroom really dirty, faucet ancient and looked green.
Shower didn't have a 2nd glass wall, so water would spray all over if you were not careful, getting the toilet wet.

The hotel offers clean, modern facilities and spacious rooms that are generally comfortable. Unfortunately, noise is a major drawback. The air conditioning units are extremely loud, including those from neighboring rooms, and there is also considerable street noise. As a result, sleeping without earplugs is difficult.

Hotel may be ok, but don’t expect any sleep, at least in the room no. 201.
Apparently it’s next to a kitchen and they start smashing and chopping things at 6 am. Asked staff to relocate us and even provided a video on WhatsApp, but no one answered and each of the day I was woken up at 6:05, 6:18 and so on. Then the noise disappears around 7:30 and comes back around lunch and then in the evening.
If it’s your holidays and you plan to sleep longer than 6am - choose another place

The room is extremely small but if you care- u have a nice balcony.
At night it was so loud it took my time to fall asleep. I heard them laughing so hard in the lobby and talking loud, I think it was the ppl who work at the property which is not respectful for us the visitors.
The sheets was dirty and the toilet is super small, when u shower the toilet gets all wet.
The AC was strong and good but no hot shower, they came and fixed it and after the man left- the water was horrible.
Unfortunately had to wait for a taxi in the hotel- while I was waiting, had to use the toilet and the public restroom in this hotel didn’t work well and the sink in the toilet- didn’t work at all!!!
I had to buy something at a restaurant nearby just to go in to the bathroom, and wash my hands properly….
You might wanna know:
*Checkout is at 12PM
*Had to do late checkout in one hour they charged me 100 bhat

It was exactly what we wanted.
The bed was comfortable.
The AC kept us cool.
The shower had great pressure.
We appreciated the filtered water and coffee.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
It was easy to walk to different markets, take a boat to different islands, get Bolt to Tiger Cave Temple and other cool locations...
AND it was quiet 🤗

Modern property with excellent value. Several amenities are nearby, including a pharmacy, restaurants, and a 7/11. The room was quiet and comfortable. Luggage can be left at checkout. The staff is friendly, but it was difficult to communicate with them in English.

Short walk to the Ao Nang beach, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, with a 7 11 round the corner. Very close to Ao Nang night market which was amazing !! Lovely clean rooms & very spacious - we could not fault!! Service was great and all staff so helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Very good location. Modern, spotlessly clean hotel, close to restaurants. Always available coffee, biscuits, water... We had a very good time and will gladly return. Excellent value for money. Ao nang beach is quite close, reachable on foot

If you need a comfortable bed, this is the place.
I stayed at the hotel in Feb/24 and found the location to be average, as it is a little far from the center of Krabi, but there is no noise from the hustle and bustle there.
I found the bathroom to be quite weak, the shower was bad (the water flow was terrible), cramped and the cleaning could have been improved.
The beds are very comfortable, spacious and airy, and the room has a minibar and TV.
There is no breakfast.

Nice rooms, thin walls so can hear people . Aircon was strange , although did work . Our appartment wasn’t in the main building so to use restaurant and pool and gym you had to walk to the other building .

great rooms for its value! we paid 3600 baht a night for 4 nights with no breakfast during the new year. rooms were extremely spacious and had the standard necessities except toothbrushes so don’t forget to bring yours!
check in was at apple a day resort which is a short walk away so if youre coming from the airport, select apple a day resort as your destination. there is no lift at capuchin hotel so i can imagine it will be a pain if you are staying on the floors above the second.
wifi was stable but you have to keep logging in to use it on your devices.
we informed reception about the remote control not working and the tv’s volume was stuck on the max. the hairdryer was really weak and could not dry my hair at all. nothing was done unfortunately and we could not use the tv.
otherwise, great location and it’s really nearby to numerous eateries, tourist information kiosks and 7-11.

The room is big with a generous balcony. Great value for money. Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Kind and friendly staff. No lift. Check in and swimming pool are at "Apple A Day Resort" 20 yards away. Parking for cars is available but limited. We had no issues whatsoever. Recommend.
