Lovely Jern-Jern was on the reception and nothing was too much for her.
Would highly reccomend it.
Only downfall id say is the rubbish outside of the hotel in the waterfront at the bottom of the steps of the hotel. Would be good if a worker cleaned them up.
The check in was excellent, and our room was ready earlier upon our arrival. The check in staff member was friendly and professional. She explained all aspects of the resort.
I booked a Deluxe room with a balcony and garden view. They also have large villas with private pools. Regarding my room, it was large, clean, well-appointed, and had a large tiled bath tub. Breakfast was included and comprehensive.
I also enjoyed the pool. The pool is in a beautiful setting and is in great condition. The pool bartender (SOY) was awesome and had great drinking making skills.
I also appreciated NANA’S assistance. I sustained a cut off hotel grounds, and she provided some first aid and bandage.
Overall, this resort was fantastic, and I would return again.
