Golden Pearl Beach Resort in Ko Jum

I am a ********* tourist. This trip is a company trip. I chose this hotel to stay for two nights. The front desk staff and waiters, as well as the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the environment are really great. I give it a five-star rating and really recommend it. There are also some places to relax in the evening next to the hotel! really great

Perfection!!! That simple...

Island life at its best. If you want a slow, quiet island this is it. It is a true slightly hidden, gem!! A must before it becomes to popular with the tourists. You can be the only person on the beach!!!

The resort was perfect. We had a double bungalow set back about 50-100m's from the sea. Nice and simple with a wet room. For around £20 a night it was so much better than expected. It had a bench outside in a veranda. Each bungalow was amply spread so not to be invasive.

However beware!!! There are some cheeky monkeys... All I will say is that there is one walking around with one flip flop, a pair of sunglasses and a pair of pants! I am sure he is 'the man's!! 😂😂 Don't leave anything out at night is the moral.of that one!! They keep well away otherwise...

The food at the resort was always excellent with attentive staff. All very happy and chilled.

The island is small and easily explored. We hired a motorcycle from the resort for about £4 for 24 hrs. There is only 1 road on the island.... 70% of it is road the rest is rocky, gravely in worked road. Not a problem if careful.

The only problem with this island was the fact 4 days was not enough!!! I did not want to leave neither did my other half.

Bungalow was fine,but cheeky monkeys have stolen our bag from room first day.we didn’t know about monkeys in bungalow area .nobody even informed us. Staff wasn’t very helpful and friendly but it’s ok . Location is good by the beach but everything on island is close to the beach to be honest

The Tom Kaa soup was really good although still not the best one I ate ;) it's a charming place with a characteristic boat as an eating place. One of the fried seafood dishes had a sauce made out of catchup. Really magical beach area which is lighten up with some lanterns. Fresh fishes available outside to see, next to the beach-bar. In the evening hours be prepared for a bit longer waiting for your dishes to come - for us it took 30 mins. Overall really nice :)

Nice big restaurant that's very easy to find, look for the big ship-styled restaurant on the beach. The beach is nice and not crowded you can get a message there. There are a few tables and loungers you can use as well. The drinks were reasonable the view was great and the beer cold. What's not to love!
