Amazing place! Lovely and clean rooms, kind and very helpful staff who even helped us book boat trips, plus a great position - it's in a quiet but central area of Kamala Beach, easy to go shop/eat out locally but also to visit other places in Phuket!) Highly recommend!

This place is idealy located in Kamala. 3 mins walk to the beach, and close to all the bars and restaurants. Because of its position, it is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are well appointed and modern. Charlie ensures nothing it too much trouble and everything is perfect. Highly recommend!!

What a fantastic small guesthouse. Set in the heart of Kamala beach near the restaurants and 2 minutes from the beach the hotel has 11 or 12 rooms with ensuite. Whilst the rooms are not huge they are more than enough with a large comfy bed, wardrobes and air con. The shower is spacious and the water pressure perfect. The rooms are very clean. The most important thing is your host Charles who is the absolute best he is always available to help you. When you enter the premises you cross a little bridge over the koy pond and if you are lucky you will be greeted by one of the cats. There is always time to have a little sit down in the cool reception area. We stayed for a week and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again it was that relaxed.

Best hotel we've stayed in Thailand - Beautiful hotel with a great location, so close to the beach and next to all shops and nice restaurants. Charlie and Tiptam were the highlight though, both super friendly, couldn't do enough to help make our trip amazing. Thank you

As per other reviews Charly is a gem of an individual with a deep personal connection the town and wants you to love the place as much as him. His recommendations for breakfast and dinner were spot on, important as we were only there for 2 nights. Our room was good and we enjoyed the firm mattress and slept well. The bathroom was a little tight but didn’t detract from our enjoyment and the shower was decent with lovely lemongrass shower gel. He arranged our transfers and these were the same price as Grab so good value. Charly is clear on what the property does and doesn’t have and he fulfils on the promises he makes. Great location and great value for the area.

First place we stayed in Phuket. Everything was lovely and clean. Staff were so so helpful and friendly, a credit to the boutique accomodation. Perfect location for restaurants, beach and bars. No issue with noise. Will use again if staying in Kamala

Our first trip to Kamala and we stayed at Charlys guest house for 8 days I’ve never been made more welcome Charly went above and beyond for us incredibly helpful great advice recommended restaurants all were fab a tailors where I had two dresses made helped us when our taxi did not turn up when we were leaving also which I found incredible my face oil got knocked over and smashed and Charly took it upon him to order me another and posted it to our next hotel forever grateful. rooms are small but compact I did struggle with the mattress and could have done with a topper you get 2 bottles of water daily there’s a fridge and kettle provide own tea coffee etc safe box wifi ,the bathroom is small but has everything you need and the most incredible lemon grass shower gel and organic soap ,the hotel is small and has a beautiful entrance lobby where Charly is on hand to help there are also 3 beautiful cats as I am a cat lover this was great for me ,i also was given an ironing board and iron for the entire time I was there ,the situation of guest house is fantastic just outside you are on walking street lots of lovely restaurants bars and shops 7/11 is very close 5 mins to the beach also food market and taxi rank we had a perfect stay thank you charly

Yet another fantastic holiday thanks to this wonderful guesthouse & hosts. Charly goes out of his way to be friendly & helpful. His extensive knowledge of Thailand, generally, & Kamala, specifically, means that you can access the best trips, restaurants & massages. Charly makes sure that transfers are smooth & stress free. A complete ten out of ten holiday experience. Planning a revisit in 2024 already.

With my honest opinion it was one of the best hotels that I had booked in Thailand. It's close to the beach and on the main Road. The entire hotel is cozy and u can feel like home. What surprised me were cats that are really friendly! I would like to say thank u to the owner Charly that helped me with many things and recommendations. For sure i wanna go back to this warm place! Martyna
