Pimnara Boutique Hotel

Located in the Jungceylon Shopping Center which is a modern open air shopping and dining area. You could stay here a week and eat at a different place every day just steps away from the hotel.

We were very happy with the hotel, we stayed in a room with a window, it was just a few dollars more and I would suggest that you do the same. I accidentally booked a room without a window at another hotel, it was like being in a jail cell (not that I actually know what that is like mind you).

We were on the second floor overlooking the shopping center, there was very little noise though and if there was any noise it was covered by the hum of the air-conditioner.

The room was spacious for the price and it was very clean. Everyone we dealt with, from the front desk the the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful.

There is a place just outside the front door that can set up tours for you.

All of that being said I do have some suggestions if management is reading this. There are a few areas that could us a little bit of upkeep. The floor in the lobby isn't looking so good and needs to be redone. It's finished concrete but it's chipped, cracked, and has visible patch repairs. The same holds true for the stairway to the left of the elevator. The carpet on the second floor is looking pretty shabby, it needs to be replaced.

The staff are very friendly.
It's in the main happening place of Patong.

There was a need to stay 1 night on the booking site was good enough ratings. Met glasses of juice, settled quickly, before standard check in. Rooms few may even shock your decor (managed to spy some more, while walking through the corridors). High ceilings, large rooms. Internet is not good. The carpet on 2nd floor is old. The bathroom and the bedroom are all in the same place, the bathtub is on the side of the bed in front of the fridge. Even without windowns, you can hear the noise from outside. You must leave $1,000 baht cash deposit per person.

The hotel is located in the shopping center Ceylon. Which automatically makes its location unique. All shops are within walking distance: grocery, souvenir, clothes ...
