The location is only 600 to 700 meters away from Jiangxi Leng and Banzan Seafood Market. It is very convenient for travel. The proprietress said that it can be rented monthly in the off-season at a cost-effective price

Although the facilities are simple, the overall situation is very good. The proprietress is Chinese and the service attitude is very good. There is a 711, a cafe, a bakery, a restaurant, etc

The hotel is clean and hygienic, with a homely feel. It's excellent! There are many dining options nearby.

The accommodation is clean, fully equipped, and quiet.

It is very suitable for friends who come to live here

The room has a kettle, a fridge, a TV that I don’t watch, a hairdryer, air conditioning, a fan. The water in the shower is warm, not boiling water. We didn’t take a deposit when checking in

There are a lot of birds making love and walking on the ceiling in the morning, it’s very loud and can’t sleep. The room quite good

Great location, close to Jungceylon. There's a 7-Eleven right out front, so it's easy to grab food. However, the cleanliness needs some improvement. It's not far from the beach and very convenient for getting around.

Good for the price. The bed are not so comfortable but for 180bath are ok. The staff are friendly and helpful. working wifi and the hostel is clean.

I stayed here 14 years ago with a group of friends as we travelled through Asia, 14 years later I came with my wife and 2 kids and it's just as perfect as it was back then, location is spot on, off the main strip so you escape the noise and hustle and bustle but close enough that everyois walkable, beach is a 5 to 7 min walk, 7/11 convenience store is a 1 min walk, amazing restaurant on the opposite...

The owner/woman in charge is still the same as all those years ago and she's just great super friendly and helpful

Great budget place to stay. The staff is nice as well. I recommend this accommodation and Karon area for couples.

Number 1 location 👍 Although there was a bit of street noise, it didn't bother us too much, but it might be a problem for couples with children 🤷🏻♀️. The only minor drawback was the small wardrobe and large mirror

It's a modest guesthouse, but their restaurant isn't great and they clean it every day. I liked it for a budget stay of four nights. Kata Beach is nearby, and Karon is just a stone's throw away

As all rooms were booked, reception has told us to stay in their second building across the road - hotel Neptuna Kata. We enjoyed our stay, good price and good location. Hotel has everything for short stay

Some night, you can hear people shouting when they are **** ******* ** ***** ****. Single girl cannot walk thru the ground where the bar is. Only with male, can pass thru

Otherwise one ** the customers request that woman to send that girl to that table. Eventually staff explain that that woman is staying customer in the upstair hotel

A little noisy from the street, but close to Kata and Karon beaches. Daily cleaning, towel changes, and water, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap are provided.

Not every place is cleaned every day, so we appreciated that. Sometimes you don't have to run around asking the staff for cleaning or fresh towels

The cafe's opening hours are the same as check-in time, so I arrived after 6pm, but it was closed, but I was able to get in as there was the last cafe employee on her way home

About a 15-minute walk from the bus stop from the airport. A 5-minute walk from the bus stop to Patong and Kata beaches

Good cost effective stay, imagine a hostel with private rooms and bathrooms that provide all luxuries, amenities to be comfortable

Located almost in the center of Old Town. The first floor is a cafe with a roaster that is open from morning to evening. There are many Western-style restaurants, Thai restaurants, cafes, bars, etc

Especially, when it's in an establishment where different people are coming in and out frequently. So not using the AC I was left dripping in sweat for most of the night. As for the room, aside from the AC, it was nice

The exterior of the hotel wasn’t that good and it was kinda hard to find but the room was okey.

Bathroom sink counter space nonexistent. A/C took a long time to cool the room down. Feels more like an average hostel than a hotel. Good value for the money if you don't spend a lot of time in your room

But if you want an early nights sleep its not the place because the noise levels are extremely high until about 3am Monday-Sunday. Very helpful staff members and they're happy to help wherever they can!

The room was decent and exactly what we paid for. The toilet had a bit of mould which made us a little queasy. Room is about 100 sq ft so it's basically space for a bed and some luggage

Great location but that is dependant on what you're looking for. The hotel is in the centre of Patong area and so it's convenient if you want to be close to the bars and night markets

Had a great stay at Baan Boa guest House patong. 2 km from Patong beach and Bangla Road. The rooms were neat and clean, very big. you will get water bottle , electric kettle, small refrigerator almira locker etc

Believe me at this price range you will not get better than this guest house in entire Patong area. The hotel staff was very generous and there hospitality was too great

Our stay here was excellent value for money. The room was comfortable, the hot water always worked and the fan and air conditioning worked great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is my absolute go to place when visiting Karon. I have been coming here for several years in a row and don’t plan on changing anytime soon

The rooms are very clean and spacious. You can have free coffee and tea from 8am to 10pm and you can also book a scooter with them. The hosts are so helpful and kind. You should definitely stay at this guesthouse

I came to race oceanman in karon beach. I stayed in this guesthouse 3 nights. The host and the staff are very friendly and hepfull. The room is very clean and have good équipements

It wasn't a big deal for me to relocate to another room so I told the ladies at the front desk to use that money they were offering as a refund and buy the team lunch/dinner but the staff persisted and bought me a ticket to visit the Khai Islands

This is a hidden gem on a short, quiet soi close to the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping centres and attractions. It is clean and well maintained, and the staff is outstanding. It is good value for the room rate.

Rooms are clean, receptionist and staff so nice and helpful. I personally will stay same place next time. Of course cannot expect perfect facilities,but i doubt can book better room with this money

I was there in December 2025 and for the price you're paying, you get great value for money. The service you get was definitely something you'd expect from a minimum 4 star hotel

It's very clean too! The owner is also a really interesting person; we communicated via WeChat from check-in to check-out. It's within walking distance of Patong Beach and the night market

Haha, I originally booked a bunk bed, but the owner upgraded me to a queen room for free! So happy! The room has a small balcony with a sink, table and chairs, and a drying rack

Extremely safe! The owner and the staff are super friendly. My roommates were from all over the world, so we had great conversations and I learned so much

We loved our stay here 22nd - 26th Nov '13 as part of our 3 week holiday. Australian guys who own the guesthouse. Nice room which was cleaned everyday. Sports bar on sight too with great girls who run the bar

We stayed at this hotel for 11 days! It's incredibly conveniently located, right in the center of all the action, yet so quiet that you can't hear anything from the main street! The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including clean bed linens and towels! Two bottles of water are brought daily, along with tea, coffee, and a kettle! I asked the owner for an iron, and he gave it to...

He even told me to keep it in my room! Special thanks to the maid; she was incredibly discreet, but she always cleaned the room promptly after we left, leaving it spotlessly clean! The price and quality are absolutely perfect! If I were to come back, I would definitely stay at this hotel!

Just spent 3 weeks here in a delux room absolutely no issues owners are very helpful and friendly rooms cleaned on a daily basis location ideal only a 5 minute walk from the night life and probably 10 from the beach

Only planned on staying 2 weeks, ended up staying nearly 3 months. The price was great for the room. Nice shower, big fridge, TV, hairdryer. All in all i highly recommend. I look forward to staying there again

The room is big and comfortable to sleep in. However, the pillow is a bit small and causes neck pain. Overall, I like it. It is convenient and comfortable.

Great room in the center of the old town! Value for money definitely! Also everything they made us drink such as mocha or the signature drinks were AMAZING!!! But the best part was the owner ( or the guy running everything) he helped us so much with everything

Loveli guesthouse is really Loveli like its name. staff are very friendly, good behaviour , also owner. but only one drawback no breakfast available. Location is good very near of phuket walking street

I liked the easy access to all the amenities in Karon, even close to a bank

My partner and I booked for a month the rooms are bigger then a thought the beds are a bit hard but we just went to the lotus and got little mattress toppers the outside area is really nice a cute cat hangs around , the host of this place was very lovely messaged if we wanted the room cleaned when he seen us always asked if we were okay

One of the better 3 star hotels I have stayed at on phuket. Many positive features you will appreciate: recently renovated with modern sinks, marble showers, well-functioning a/c, private deck, mini-fridge

Bangtao Mango House was comfortable, clean, and in a great location near many restaurants, the Muay Thai gym, and Bang Tao beach. Ou was incredibly welcoming, showing us around and helping us when needed

Daily room cleaning and the typical 2 bottles of water allotment. Close to most services and grocery stores. Downside might be the distance to the beautiful beach, about a 15 to 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive

I stayed there for 5 days and was very satisfied. Good value for Phuket, large 2 rooms appartements with balcony (can get hot in the afternoon). Need to have a motorbike to get around and fully enjoy the area
