Hotels with aquapark in Tunisia

Most rooms share a terrace with 5 or 6 other rooms, and the cleanliness of these shared spaces is quite poor. The main pool is large and clean, but the salty water makes swimming and relaxing less enjoyable

I ordered water three times and unfortunately, it didn't come

Big Resort was a ghost town. Staff are not proactive in their services. Yes they greet you but that's about it. Water from tap was brown on my first day. No tooth paste and brush. No room slippers. No robes.

Nice spacious rooms, good for events, several facilities and pool, fun for families and business events, far from city but if the beach is sufficient for you, go for it!

The breakfast now doesn't even reach the standards of a three-star hotel. The cleanliness is still excellent, but you'll be negatively impacted by the reduced service due to the distance to the shops

To be honest, I used to visit with my family in previous years and the service was excellent, but it seems their services have declined since the end of summer

Hotel Shailmar entertainment team are totally amazing. They made our stay great fun, getting us up to dance, karaoke and play 'killer' darts. They always go the extra mile to make your stay wonderful

The people who worked are lovely. However it could have been better. It is very good place if you speak French as everyone speak french and majority of guests are French too

Hotel entertainment staff were fantastic and although 99% of the hotel spoke French the staff translated English (as well as other languages!) through out and were great vibes and made the stay very enjoyable

Yasin from the pool area deserves a special mention, he was so kind and understanding with our autistic son, greeting him every day and making the effort to interact with him

What a perfect escape for my birthday . The hotel is beautiful and the staff couldn’t have helped more! Room and food wonderful. We had a couples massage which was alao amazing! Already planning to return!

The best animation team, we were suprised that there is also czech animator, all of the animators have great energy , you will not be bored here, they have program for all day long and every night there is some show

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff are lovely and involved. They help with queries and in general made me feel welcome. Rooms are outdated but kept very clean. All appliances was in working order

I would like to say special thank you to animation team especially to Nela, never experienced anything like this before. They connected with kids, you can se kids were running to they for a cuddle

Also they have a bingo and tombola and you can win nice gifts. We were in Africa for 5 times but we came back here. All the staff are friendly (in reception, at the bar, in restaurant)

Amazing hotel! Clean rooms, staff are kind and knows english, awesome pool, large choice of food. Beautiful place. I enjoyed being in this hotel for two weeks.

Large rooms with climatization in a well-maintained resort. Activities include water aerobics, archery, crazy golf, petanque and nightly music.

Room would have a mold smell while beeing visually clean. Great water pressure in bath. Bathroom actually has a bathtab.

Whilst the location was good, on the beach, the food in the restaurant was not very varied, and indeed not even hot a lot of the time. I was especially frustrated by no BOILING WATER for tea (I don't drink coffee)

I have just returned from a 5-day all inclusive trip to this hotel and have to confess to a disappointing experience - compared to another hotel nearby where my late husband and I stayed many times

We also had a lovely treatment at the SPA and indoor pools. I also managed an afternoon on the wonderful golf course - 2km from the hotel, a very cheap taxi ride

Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay. The pools and water slides are nice and well maintained

Had 10 nights here what a pleasure it was everyone so friendly brilliant night entertainment the lady that did the children's entertainment was really good and so kind! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Spa was lovely and very accommodating. Could do with a few wee extras (soaps and shampoos). Hanin has been especially great with our daughter Lily. She has loved dancing and playing with her this week

The food and drinks here are excellent, and the staff are all smiles. The entertainers take wonderful care of the children. I also have to praise today’s doctor, who helped relieve my daughter’s ear pain

I can say so much about this place. We thoroughly enjoyed ourself here and our kids too. Hoping to return in the future!

There is water sports on the beach, which was extremely clean with lovely white sand, for a very reasonable cost. I have already booked again for next year and can’t wait

The indoor pool in seriously needs attention and could really do with a full refurbishment as it doesn’t feel fit for purpose

Ok so I would like to give this hotel 5 star but unfortunately a few things let it down. On booking this hotel the information said that there was a vegan station at the buffet and vegan menus at the restaurants

Turns out they have no idea what vegan actually is as dishes were labeled as vegan that were topped with cheese and some dishes with fish

I’ll admit I might be being slightly harsh because of a few negative experiences, but overall it wasn’t too bad. The rooms aren’t soundproof, so we could hear noise from next door (including snoring), which isn’t ideal

Evening entertainment wasn’t great, but as we travelled out of season, that’s somewhat expected so it’s hard to criticise too much. All things considered, would we return? Honestly, yes we probably would

It was also very difficult to book the themed restaurants we went out of season and still couldn’t get a booking, so I can only imagine how hard it would be during peak times, food was good though

But I did the water exercise class with Ryan, which was a lot of fun. Ryan was very friendly - he deserves a special mention. And the show at night, with a dance troupe and a belly dancer, was pretty cool

The juice isn't juice - I think it's just water and powder. The "cocktails" are just spirits and mixers, which are made with those "juices" and way to much alcohol

The hotel is lovely, the beds are really comfy, there's indoor and outdoor pools, the beach is nearby

This was my first time coming to Djerba and it will definitely not be my last. All the staff at the hotel were fantastic and accommodating, no request was too much for them

We only speak English however all the staff made sure that we understood everything and took their time to communicate with us and use Google translate if needed

On arriving you go through gate security, entering to the reception area, you met by helpful staff, wore the resort hand band for recognition, all in all a great experience, but for a small exception and, that is, there are two cats roaming in the buffet area, which is a minus if you have cats phobia

Most of the hotel was nice modern and well kept including the gardens and the pool areas in the Aqua resort hotel

Beautiful rooms and kind and helpful staff, they smile everyday bringing everyone joy :), the rooms are good but a bit unclean, the food there was butiful but when the staff cook omelettes in the morning sometimes it’s just not cooked good

The pool is small and not very pretty, just a simple rectangle, perfect for those who enjoy lounging by the pool. But coming to Djerba and lounging by the pool is silly

Although it's very large and crowded, I liked that—no one was intrusive with their service. The grounds are large, well-maintained, and have beautiful greenery

This is a basic hotel but very good location to the train station. The bathroom is large and excellent water pressure. The room and bed were in comfortable with air conditioning

Located at 10-15 minute walk from the medina, and around the corner from the main train station. The hotel facilities and rooms are basic, but comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful

Right near the airport and staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. My only gripe is the cleaners try to clean the room very early

We found the bed mattress a bit too hard but overall we received good value for money and it's been perfect for a couple of nights

Make sure you try the crepes and coffee at Le Grand Café du Théâtre, only a 5 minute walk!

However for the price this was a great deal for cheap accommodation right near Tunis

I found the mattresses on the sunbeds by the pool unclean. I placed 2 towels over the mattresses. The flies bothered me by the pool so I went to the beach mainly

Animation team also very kind. Indoor swimmingpool is the top and by my opinion must have in every hotel. Outside pool looks great and da nature as well

The room was clean and our balcony pool view so romantic for us on our honeymoon. Food was excellent breakfast to dinner. Entertainment for everyone with wonderful activities for in the pool and at poolside at night

I enjoyed our holiday with two kids. They loved da food- especially many variants of deserts and veg. Will appreciate more fruit of different kind but it was ok. Great service, Bassem and Ali are really sweethearts

By visiting Dar El golli you will have the possibility to blend in within the welcoming locals , get to know the traditions and the culture of hammam sousse

What an incredible hotel, very clean, the animation team go out of their way to make sure you’re having a good time and somehow include all guests! The facilities were brilliant, the food was absolutely delicious and different choices each night, the desserts were a little on the plain side but this wasn’t an issue

The entertainment was okay, something different each night! You didn’t hear much if any noise in your room so this was brilliant when it came to going to sleep! Lovely clean beach, they even picked up bits of sea ****! Gift shop had most things you needed too and was a fair price! The hotel offered activities and had a very good selection which took you from the hotel to the destination and returned...

The outdoor pool was a little chilly in October, but with temperatures reaching around 38°C most days, it wasn’t really a problem! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they were absolutely brilliant with my little girl, which made the trip even more special

It made meals so much easier with children, and the food was very good with plenty of choice. The only small improvement I’d suggest would be having more snack options available later in the evening

Swimming pool is very clean, the room is very clean. Staff are extremely good especially the lunch buffet crew On the hand, It’s just way too busy with too many people around and it’s crowded everywhere

I stayed three nights, a couple and a child in this beautiful resort, starting from the entrance of the hotel, the parking space was narrow, and I waited for minutes outside the hotel until a place for the car was prepared for me, the reception was good, and the room, which was a suite, and each room had a view of the rooms, was clean and tidy, and there were drinks There is a fridge, tea and a heater...

What attracts you most in this resort is its activities, especially the evening period for children and adults, whether in the theater or the pool, and the cleanliness of the beach

First and foremost the hotel has no air conditioning in May! We had hardly any sleep and when we ate in communal areas we were sweating! The rooms were cleaned daily - no complaints The beach and pools were brilliant But the lack of air conditioning really spoiled the whole holiday A special mention to Walid - on the reception desk - his customer service skills were superb

🚗 The only issue is that the parking area is quite small and cannot accommodate many cars. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel

Once you are in, things are much better: -fast services -fancy architecture and interior design -comfortable rooms -big screens with different channels and services -separate WIFI for every room -a strong WIFI in the lobby -u can access the highest floor for a pool, spa and other services, including the ability to see the entire city of SFAX from there

-the conferences room was huge and well equipped. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a special experience in the middle of Sfax

The breakfast is very Mediterranean, although there are not many varieties, but enough coffee is enough. There are no shops around, very very quiet. You need to walk two blocks to eat

First time in Sfax, it's OK to choose an international hotel. Overall, it's still in line with the level of Radisson, although it's not as good as the ones in Colombia and China

It's a very good hotel with two swimming pools, other than the pools the food is very delicious and the entertaining at night is very fun and lively also there are entertaining activities at the pool like dancing and waterpolo it's a very good hotel and I recommend going to it

The room smelled lovely; the only downside was the location, otherwise it was impeccable in terms of quality. The breakfast was very good; I've stayed in almost seven hotels in Tunis, and this is one of the best.

And I saved the most beautiful part for last the people working there. From the owner to the cleaning ladies, especially the polite and kind gentleman at the reception always smiling and helpful

The hotel was amazing! Everything gave off Tunisian vibes with a modern touch. It was super clean the rooms, the decorations everything was perfectly in place

They even cared about the smallest details to make it perfect. The breakfast was delicious, especially the traditional Tunisian sweets

There is some dust in the storage in the room, nobody picks up cigarette butts left near the pool for a couple of days, occasional stains on the napkins in the restaurant… you know… that kind of stuff, but nothing major

We had a great time there. Animations are the best. Animation team - Fernando and Jamil are so funny, we enjoyed a lot. Had a great time together and did funny animations. I reccomend for everyone.

The hotel needs renovation( Rooms restaurant) animators are great and friendly. Food was the same every day . Beach and swimming pool ok. For 3 * was ok
