Average service. Greetings to Hashem, Mohammed Al-Amin, and the entire reception team for the wonderful service provided❤️❤️. The negative thing is that the manager, Montaser, always looks frowning and lacks a smile

Most rooms share a terrace with 5 or 6 other rooms, and the cleanliness of these shared spaces is quite poor. The main pool is large and clean, but the salty water makes swimming and relaxing less enjoyable

Nice spacious rooms, good for events, several facilities and pool, fun for families and business events, far from city but if the beach is sufficient for you, go for it!

However, there are many non-standard rooms, and the cleanliness of the public areas leaves much to be desired. A five-minute walk takes you to the beach, next to a café operated by an external contractor

Unfortunately, the staff there are not particularly welcoming, and it would have been better if the management of the private beach had remained under the hotel’s direct control

We stayed here in early June, and I'm not sure if it's out-of-season or not, but the resort was rather empty, dull, and boring

The breakfast now doesn't even reach the standards of a three-star hotel. The cleanliness is still excellent, but you'll be negatively impacted by the reduced service due to the distance to the shops

It was amazing, and lovely service, the location is great near the beach and all the restaurants around, we had a great animation team for the new year eve and we had all type of music specially the local one

And the pool was nice but i liked the beach more, beside the animation was everything in fact the animation of hotel joya paradise was the best animation i even seen so thank you for the good hospitality ❤️

The staff is welcoming and attentive, the room clean and comfortable, the food is very good and varied and the facilities (swimming pool, restaurant, animation team Topppppppppppppp

We didn't have any hand towels or beach towels in the room. The minibar in the room was empty. The safe was difficult to use. Water leaked out of the bathtub because it wasn't mounted all the way to the wall

When you asked, they said the music was from the neighboring hotel. It's not directly on the beach, but you will be transported there for free in a horse-drawn carriage

The pool view rooms are great and clean, both the main restaurants and a la carte restaurants are wonderful with really amazing food. The service in the main restaurant is very professional and good

We would like to thank a lot to the animators Madi and Sérine, which was kind, funny and grate professionals. But at the end of our stay we didn't see Madi anymore

The activities that he was doing were not the same anymore and we and many other guests were wandering what is going on. We would like to thank also to the animator Kaïs, who was very kind

At the reception worked kind people with a lot of experience

Overall we were happy by the county, enjoyed our time in Sahara and crocodile farm but would never consider coming back to the hotel, because of attitude which is the most important aspect in everything

We are staying at the hotel for the third time. Everything was great except the animation this time. We were coming back for the good animation, but it was better in June

Lobby and place next to the bar was good but it will probably look better when it will be in the middle of season and everything will be open (some bars were closed due to the weather and the fact we were there at the start of march) Location is great it is near everywhere and if anyone wants to visit the city the taxi is always available and no more than 2 euro (5 dinar)

The best thing about this hotel are people working there, everyone is kind and grateful for everything even small tips and also they don’t expect tips. Servers and barman’s are funny and talkative but in the nice way

Although we visited off season, there was still so much happening. They made a big effort on Christmas and New Year. The hotel and entertainment staff were lovely and very welcoming

There are more animators but I spent most of my tike with this four and I don’t regret it. Food was delicious a lot of choices and desserts were unrealistic. Every single day there were fresh fruits and veggies

Every night they would hype everyone to dance. They also had many games and shows prepared. I have never met such amazing animators like Wissal, Emy, Saif and Giada (sorry if I spelled the names wrong)

I was surprised how the whole entertainment team was only good people. They all were respectful and made sure everyone felt welcomed at activities and they were making sure everybody had fun

very lovely swimming pool with lovely people working there. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some of the others shopping center , restaurant, coffee shop beach etc

The room was just awful, we had a "nice view" in to the chicken pit where they make food for you. The AC was not functional, there were only 3 power plugs

Also the hotel bar by the pool. Super loud music until 1am (sharp). I was in a good mood and I didn't mind and the music playing was great but some people want to go back to their rooms to rest

The staff was really friendly and helpfull (although 2 members tried flirting with me, not very professional). There are 2 football practise fields next to the hotel, so some times of the day they can be loud

Even on the 5th floor it was super loud. Walking distance to everything. Overall great stay, great hotel! Great value for money. 10/10 would stay again if I get the chance

As someone else mentioned, I was afraid because of the bad comments but honestly everything was great. My room was on the 5th floor, beautifull, big and clean

Cons: my room was on the front if the hotel so the airport and train noise made difficult to sleep, but I think rooms deep in the hotel (especially with sea view) wouldn't have this problem

I really enjoyed my one night stay more than I expected to. It was a business trip and I only needed a place to stay the night at a reasonable price, but it was a pleasant stay nonetheless

Well, if you expect luxury and you plan on staying in, and for an extended period, I don’t think this is for you. But, it is a pretty decent hotel, at a very reasonable price

Pros: friendly staff, very reasonable price, close to airport and train station, two bottles of water offered in the room, toiletry and towels provided

Overall, it's a decent hotel at a reasonable price, I'd recommend it for short stays if you don't seek luxury or sophistication

Also the rooms could use a bit more cleaning. It's Autumn, so flies outside (on tge terrace) were so annoying

Had a lovely time, excellent location, close to Hannibal park, marina, sousse mall and directly on the beach. Hotel is looking quite dated inside but everything else was spot on

I was in the hotel for week 10, that is, just before the Ramada. The hotel is clean, the food is good, the cleanliness is good. At least the water in the indoor swimming pool is warm enough

Great stay, clean and well-located place

I asked to change rooms because the first one was by the pool. It's impossible to find any peace and quiet by the pool. It's a real shame because the hotel itself is nice, and the staff are pleasant

I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking to relax during your vacation. It's like a nightclub from 10 am to midnight, non-stop. You can't hear yourself think, even with friends

Nice hotel with own beachfront. Our room was situated at the end of the block with sunset view. Outdoor and indoor pool with jacuzzi. Good fitness center too. Breakfast and dinner buffet is 👍

Mohammed at the.front desk was amazing. Not only did he.help us get a great room we shared our predictions, and hopes, for the Africa cup!!! Great food.

The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you arrive right up until you leave, nothing but good things to say about them all from reception, waiters to the cleaners and grounds maintenance staff all say hello as you walk past and make you feel very comfortable

No hair dryer in the room, that should be automatic in my opinion. I didn't look for one until the one night I wanted to dry my hair, didn't bother in the end as did not want to have to call reception and then wait

The all inclusive isn't truly all inclusive, I paid almost double to stay here instead of going back to the hotel I last stayed at in Port El Kantaoi and feel what on offer here is less for a much higher cost

Me and my friend booked room with sea view but we got sea side view. There on of woman who made complain of same situation and next day she got real sea side view room

I had an amazing time at Mahdia Palace, and a big part of that was thanks to the fantastic animation team! A specially Mr ASH They were always full of energy and made every day fun and exciting

In the evening, the shows were entertaining and full of laughs – you could really see how much effort they put into their work

The team organized a great variety of activities throughout the day, from sports and games to dance and fitness sessions

They were also very friendly and always took time to talk with guests and make everyone feel included

It was a spacious room with a very large bed but the mattress was extremely firm. The decor in the room was of a good standard but did have some signs of wear and tear but nothing that would spoil your holiday

Had a great stay! There was a lovely guy on reception who upgraded us to all inclusive & a better room which was a nice surprise. He also gave us some olive oil as a leaving gift

The beach and the swimming pools are stunning, the entertainment was so fun, I stood on a guys back while he swallowed a sword lol! The spa is really good too, I had an incredible massage and the indoor pools great, the only problem I had with this was when I got a facial, it was pretty painful, I told the lady about this and she just kept going lol so I wouldn’t get a facial again

The pool bar was pleasant, though the selection of drinks was somewhat limited. We booked hammam and massage treatments for six guests

I usually choose five-star properties, but as I was traveling with a group of 11 people, this hotel offered the best value for us. Overall, it was an excellent stay and exceeded expectations for a four-star resort

Given my frequent travel to Tunisia, I also found the pricing of the treatments higher compared to similar hotels. The animation team was excellent—energetic, engaging, and genuinely entertaining

The dining experience was good, though I would recommend greater variety in the daily rotation, particularly across beef, chicken, and fish dishes

The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The staff deserve particular recognition: they are consistently friendly, attentive, and hardworking

Unfortunately, only one therapist was available on the day, which placed an unreasonable workload on her and affected the quality of the service

The pools are clean and great especially the inside warm pool if you dont enjoy cold water much. The hotel seems old but that's what's charming about it. Marble and beautiful paintings and gardens inside

The food is absolutely awesome with fresh and renewed menus everyday and I know my fresh mediterranean food pretty well! Every member of the staff is absolutely warm and adorable with kids, which feels really good compared to Europe

(Everything offered costs money during excursions generally 10dinar) Hotel was amazing the front desk upgraded us to a better room when they realised there was 5 of us and then offered to move us when a leak happened outside the room, the waiting staff (the tall chap and friend) was amazing and made memories the children will always remember, security looked after us on the beach and made sure we...

First family holiday and have to say it'll be a hard one too beat, out of season so not many hotel attractions where available but in know way made this trip any less than exceptional thanks to gigi the animation team, gamel riding and pirate boat party where great and cheap

But the real stars of my trip were the animation team! They brought so much energy, joy, and fun every single day. Each one of them is talented in their own way, and they truly made my vacation unforgettable

The best animation team, we were suprised that there is also czech animator, all of the animators have great energy , you will not be bored here, they have program for all day long and every night there is some show

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff are lovely and involved. They help with queries and in general made me feel welcome. Rooms are outdated but kept very clean. All appliances was in working order

I would like to say special thank you to animation team especially to Nela, never experienced anything like this before. They connected with kids, you can se kids were running to they for a cuddle

Also they have a bingo and tombola and you can win nice gifts. We were in Africa for 5 times but we came back here. All the staff are friendly (in reception, at the bar, in restaurant)
