Mediocre experience as standards are declining. While the waiting staff are attentive and friendly, the food is often bland and sometimes undercooked. Disappointed that the children’s swim section was closed and the outdoor pool is very small. Additionally, communication is difficult as reception staff struggle with English, and management implements inconsistent rules regarding taxi access. Not as good as it used to be.

First family holiday and have to say it'll be a hard one too beat, out of season so not many hotel attractions where available but in know way made this trip any less than exceptional thanks to gigi the animation team, gamel riding and pirate boat party where great and cheap. (Everything offered costs money during excursions generally 10dinar) Hotel was amazing the front desk upgraded us to a better room when they realised there was 5 of us and then offered to move us when a leak happened outside the room, the waiting staff (the tall chap and friend) was amazing and made memories the children will always remember, security looked after us on the beach and made sure we wasn't bothered by local hagglers Will be back again in the near future. Thank you to the front desk, animation team, waiters and chefs, security.

WOW! What an unforgettable stay at El Ksar Hotel! ✨ From the moment I arrived until the very last minute, everything was PERFECT. The hotel is beautiful, the vibe is amazing, and the staff is simply wonderful — always smiling, kind, and ready to help. But the real stars of my trip were the animation team! They brought so much energy, joy, and fun every single day. Each one of them is talented in their own way, and they truly made my vacation unforgettable. A HUGE shout-out to Jiji and Aymen — you two are absolute LEGENDS! Your positivity, humor, and warm personalities made every activity special. Thank you for making me laugh, dance, and enjoy every moment. You really made my stay magical! The hotel is also perfect for families — even my daughter LOVED it! She had so much fun with the activities, the ambiance, and especially the animation team. Seeing her happy made the trip even more special for me. The waiters were incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling. The cooks did an OUTSTANDING job — the food was delicious, varied, and beautifully presented every single day. You can feel the love and effort they put into everything they serve. Truly, bravo to the whole kitchen team! I 100% recommend El Ksar Hotel and I can’t wait to come back! ✨

Absolutely fabulous time at el ksar! We came in November so some things were closed for the season. But the quiet was nice, not lots of people. We came with 4 kids, all the staff were so kind and friendly with us and the kids. Especially the animation team! Absolutely loved the food too, so much selection and something different every day. The rooms were clean and nice and cleaned regularly. I was skeptical because of some of the bad reviews. Absolutely not true. It is a really lovely place. And the beach is beautiful. You can arrange activities such a camel riding, quad biking, and a ride on a ship. We also went on jetskis and a banana boat. All available on the beach. A magical experience for the while family.

Great atmosphere, out of season so not many people, but all the team at hotel were amazing! Animation team were fantastic, very welcoming, great vibes! My children absolutely loved their time here. Thankyou to everyone who made our experience magical, will definetly recommend! Beach was gorgeous and on the doorstep of hotel. Evenings were made fun and exciting by the amazing animation team who work tirelessly to ensure we all had fun, which we did. We will for sure be here again! Hopefully real soon

The hotel is really great, the swimming pool is big, and the coconut trees are very beautiful. It is recommended to book a meal. If you don't drive yourself, it's quite far just to walk out of the hotel. The food is good and there are many varieties. This is the most satisfactory hotel in Tunisia this time.

The quilt is old and pilling. The bathroom is not clean and the room is old overall. The outside environment is very good.

Great kafeha. The ice cream was amazing. The prices are affordable. Service on a solid 4-ku. The menu is quite varied. I ate, and the child found something to eat. I recommend a visit.
