Our last day here the staff are excellent especially Wassim who works at the main pool bar he has looked after us from day 1 You couldn’t wish for a nicer more helpful man He has made our stay so much more enjoyable

I would say location to the beach can't be any more perfect, beautiful sandy beaches and I find local people are very welcoming. A great atmosphere overall and great value for money

The waiters and entertainment teams are so lovely and friendly made the whole family feel welcome and couldn’t do enough for us! I mentioned to 1 of the waiters it was my husband’s birthday, well, at dinner they made sure it was an extra special evening decorating our table and making the whole night very special

Staff are excellent, hotel clean, had a very good experience,, Waseem get 10 stars at the pool bar, will be coming again.

Excellent everything perfect Quality hotel very welcoming and friendly. Food was amazing something different on the menu each night. Highly recommend this hotel to couples and families with children of all ages.

Most staff was very welcoming and always tried to keep things entertaining, barman wassim at pool bar was amazing he couldn’t do enough for u (top man) rooms were okay and food was not to bad but very repetitive, beer and cocktails were also nice

The best thing about this hotel are people working there, everyone is kind and grateful for everything even small tips and also they don’t expect tips. Servers and barman’s are funny and talkative but in the nice way

There are more animators but I spent most of my tike with this four and I don’t regret it. Food was delicious a lot of choices and desserts were unrealistic. Every single day there were fresh fruits and veggies

There is variety of choices when it comes to food so you will definitely find something for yourself. The staff were kind and helpful. Animators were friendly and fun. They made sure everyone was having fun

Every night they would hype everyone to dance. They also had many games and shows prepared. I have never met such amazing animators like Wissal, Emy, Saif and Giada (sorry if I spelled the names wrong)

I was surprised how the whole entertainment team was only good people. They all were respectful and made sure everyone felt welcomed at activities and they were making sure everybody had fun

I have been to many hotels and never met people like those 4 who were amazing and welcoming my whole trip. I would come back again just to spend time with them because they were so genuine

Seabel Rym beach Accueil sympathique et upgrade en chambre avec vue mer au premier etage. Nourriture variée et très bon service.

This was our second visit to Seabel Rym Beach, and we have not been disappointed at all

Sadly he was not working on mu last day so that i could reward his service properly. The pool is wonderful, and while the fight for lounge chairs was tedious, the sun and coll waters made up for it

Recently I spent five days at the Seable Hotel with my wife, brother, and niece. We booked three rooms: two through ******* and one directly on the Seable website

The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Kudos especially to our "personal" waiter, Sammy who made sure our table was resdy each evening and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable

The menu was varied each night and while breakfast was a bit mundane, our chef at the omelet station was on point and had my omelet and fresh fried beignette ready as soo as i arrived

Was here from 04/26/2018 to 05/07/2018. The hotel is very cool, great palace. The area is large with a private beach, 2 outdoor swimming pools, 1 heated inside. The staff is smiling and caring

The hotel is great, set in a seaside location. The palm trees and swimming pool area looks stunning. The food is excellent with choice of huge selections. Matured trees and exotic plants create a beautiful atmosphere

Food and Drinks: The resort offers the main restaurant inside the hotel, an à la carte restaurant, and the previously mentioned beach restaurant

Marhaba Palace is a lovely hotel and we had a truly special experience during our first visit to Tunisia. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the entrance gives you a palace like feel with a giant chandelier

Stay, food, facilities all suited our taste and provided a wholesome family holiday experience. A special mention to the people, the staff who run the hotel and we were touched by the warm hospitality on many occasions

You won't get British sausages or bacon, but again, there is plenty to choose from. You won't go hungry and their pizzas are decent too. You can get your Euros or Pounds exchanged at the hotel reception area

I especially want to thank the housekeeper, Sana. She cleaned the room to a level that honestly rivaled a hospital - spotless, not a single grain of dust in sight

Maher is extremely professional and truly an extraordinary person. He carries our luggage, takes care of our needs, and serves from the heart with genuine kindness and humanity

His compassion toward the elderly and those who are ill is remarkable. He is humble, honorable, and sincerely dedicated to making people feel comfortable and cared for

For the first 2 days we had full access to the pool bar, however after this, due to staff shortages/end of season, this bar was closed and we had to go to the lobby bar for drinks in the day

Interconnecting family room, with pool and beach views, absolutely beautiful. Pools are great and clean, the main pool is divided for babies and adults, with an extra children's pool

In our third day we wanted to venture to the town monastir for shopping. We asked reception for the best way to do this. Getting a taxi is double the cost as the cars only seat 4 passengers

By the pool bar there are lovely paninis and pizzas available 12-5pm, as well as a great lunchtime restaurant selection of chicken, rice,chips,beef, pancakes etc

The waterslide pools are open 10-12 and 3-5pm and were lots of fun for all, including a small slide for young children

Big praise to lobby barman hassan "why not" who ensured every single day was a highlight for my children especially my son, with his silly dances! The hotel animation are great (sorry only remember the name of zazu) and work incredibly hard, without a single day off in the entire week they were there

While the choice isn’t overwhelming like some all-inclusive hotels, everything that is offered is done exceptionally well. The pool and beach areas were spotless, very well maintained, and had a calm, relaxed atmosphere

The beach had discreet security which meant you could properly unwind without being approached constantly by sellers

The infinity pool is lovely, right next to the beach and there were loads of sunbeds available (off peak season) and there was a beach bar where the waiters could bring drinks over to you as you were sunbathing

The location is fantastic, right on the beach, the room is clean and well furnished. The bed is comfortable (but not the pillows 😴) The food is enjoyable and varied and there's plenty of it

Everybody was warm, attentive and welcoming right until we left which made a huge difference and gave the hotel a really personal feel. The room itself was very modern and incredibly spacious

We stayed at The Orangers Garden Villas & Bungalows from 4th–11th April and it exceeded all of our expectations. I had been to Tunisia before but a long time ago

The pool and beach were amazing, lots of activities if you wish to join in e. aqua aerobics, stretch class, fire show and other entertainment throughout the day / evening

It was one of the best stay in Hammamet! I literally felt like home! The vibe is very friendly the staff are too kind the director and her husband were very welcome! And the beach is Ouf we got tanned in the end of October 🥹

Very good hotel and very helpful staff who can easily communicate in English, French or Arabic

Bring your own hair dryer and towel! You have to pay a €20 deposit for the hair dryer and the towels never dry. Overall, the place was clean and we really enjoyed relaxing, playing tennis and meeting other guests

However 7pm is quite late for dinner and since they only had one restaurant on sight everyone barged in at once with long ques. There’s not much to do in the evenings and the hotel is surrounded by other hotels

The staff were really helpful when we arrived and the balcony door was broken, they allowed us to move rooms straight away. The food was great to be honest. Most of it was really fresh and good variety

Animation great Thanks to Simo and team. Food not very good, plates and cups in the restaurant are too old and look dirty even when washed. Beach great, clean. Pool experience was nice

We spent a week at Vincci Helya Beach hotel and had a great time. The hotel itself is good and rooms are ok

One of the better hotels in the area, and the breakfast is great! It's right by the sea, so you can easily go for a walk along the beach.

The location of the hotel is great, the rooms are clean, the service staff are cool. There are a lot of activities to do in the hotel. 3 clean pools, one with hot water inside.

Always smiling, available, and very helpful, he greatly contributes to the quality of the experience. This isn't my first stay at the Hilton, and every visit when Jihed is present, I naturally turn to him

Facility is nice but a bit older. Restaurants are well kept. Breakfast is excellent Too few elevators for such a big hotel. A bit far away from anything close by.

The entertainment staff have been incredible they have made us feel so welcome and we honestly haven't stopped laughing since the moment we arrived and we can not thank them enough! They have a beautiful restaurant along the beach and the hotel staff are more than happy to make reservations for you

Our room was spacious and clean, on the ground floor. We were out of season which was quiet. so not all of the restaurants were open

but that didn't make any difference as the buffet always had a lovely fresh selection at all meal times. The Spa is wonderful and we all had a lovely massage. and made use of the heated indoor pool

We had lovey hot weather while we were there and the bar staff were really good and brought our drinks to us by the pool

Rooms were ok, fairly clean and the necessities were there. We spent most of our time by the pool which was very clean and taken care of. Music there was good along with the aquafit which we attended daily

The hotel is very clean and pleasant, with a good location and a clean beach. The room was well-located, not far from the reception, restaurant, and bar

We were supposed to stay at another hotel, but it closed, so we had to find a replacement in a hurry and chose this oneand we weren’t disappointed. We were a family of two adults and two children, ages 7 and 1

There was a large selection of meat dishes, but fewer options for fish and seafood. There was a wide selection of desserts, though there weren’t enough local Middle Eastern sweets – they were only available on Mondays

The hotel grounds are beautiful. I also really liked the pools – especially the indoor one and the water park. The hotel staff is simply magnificent; everyone is always ready to serve and assist

All the staff, including those on the reception, the security staff, the bar staff at the hotel bars & the beach bar, the housekeepers, the cleaners, the waiters, the chefs & restaurant staff & the entertainment team are professional, polite, courteous & the most friendly we have ever come across at any resort or hotel

DJ Can & Willy for their entertainment round the pool area during the day & the great variety of tunes & music videos in the bars in the evenings

Its such a wonderful vacation a the 4seasons hotel the service is amazing the food was delicious the animation team are so lovely and friendly at this hotel you won't feel uncomfy its like home djerba is such a lovely island

Serving good food all three meals inclusive per day. Nice facilities like indoor & outdoor swimming pools and private access to beach.

Great beachfront location and two nice pools. Food is good. Staff friendly and helpful. Room condition is poor. Furniture outdated. Rugs are filthy. Aircon doesn’t cool. Room has heavy, unpleasant musty smell.

Restaurant by the pool up the glass outside elevator is little expensive but their food is worth it, very delicious and a fantastic view. Beach has a security at all times

Paid for Sea View was given a view entirely of a dirty roof which held security concern of outside people entering from the balcony or peeping

Indoor Pool was nice and warm tho has too much chlorine it was burning our skin after being in only 2 minutes

until I complained and reception made me write a agreement to delete my online feedback as a Condition to change my room which is Quite unprofessional to require that. New room was far better though, bigger shower too

If you are like my family who like to chillax at the beach and sip cold drinks and just lazy out for a week and enjoy the spa. Even their buffet is great and i am a picky eater

Hassan our beach server was great along with the 2 Sofians (indoor bar and outdoor bar) that kept our group happy and hydrated. Our favorite part was the outdoor activities

We had a lovely time at Le Sultan. We travelled with a toddler so it was a nice, low maintenance resort for us to relax and vacation at

Spent Memorial Day weekend with 16 in our group and Le Sultan staff couldn’t have been more accommodating! It was a wonderful 3 day mini paradise vacation

Ihad an alaaing stay at thls hotell The staff were ncredibly welcomtne and attentlve, the rooms wero spotless and beautifully decorated, and the amenities were top-notch

went to check in, but immediately we were given our all inclusive bands, luggage stored safely and told to go and get dinner, and check in after (as dinner service stopped at 9pm)

I booked this holiday nearly a year ago. we wanted somewhere different, not a common brit holiday destination. the closer it got, the more I worried though

almost paid extra to change destination and go somewhere more well known. I am so, so pleased I didn't! What a lovely hotel and area

Beach is over the road and nearby are shops with everything priced the shops under the hotel can be a bit pricey and you meet a lot of cooks from your hotel a bit tedious that but nothing to do with hotel

For the price we paid can't fault it. Spending New year in Greeks island or Canaries would require to multiply our price X3 Not a massive choice off food yes but it's enough for majority and always taste and fresh

We noticed lots off rubbish thrown out everywhere even the beach outside hotel. Management doing there bits right as you see bored cleaners here and there but unfortunately they not doing it right in return

Unfortunately outside your room Tunisia in general screams for a deep clean. Hotel Staff are there for the job but not so keen on cleaning or raising standards, I noticed it could be in there coulture

Hotel situated in peaceful location , just outside off town centre, very nice and extremely well maintained garden. We had a good and quality time in Tunisia

Currently at The Djerba Golf Resort and Spa hotel and myself and my gf are loving it here. We have a lovely room, the staff are wonderful and the food is varied and plentiful

There were plenty of sunbeds (although hotel was very quiet when we were there so might be different at other times) no pool towels but that may have been due to time of year

Didn't use pool as it was early season and a bit cold but it was cleaned daily

Djerba Golf Resort Spa Hotel is very good hotel All people are very nice Specialy the animation team (,youba,Samuel,mambo) They are so kind and sweet Thank you so much guys I recommend this hotel!

Just back from a week at Djerba Golf and cannot fault it. We swapped at the last min after our original choice had building work and were not disappointed

The hotel in général is good for a 4 star hotel, it is exactly what it should be, great food filled with culture and essence of Tunisian cuisine, service is good from cleaning to waiters and bars, especially the animation team they seem uninvested in but they make every day special

It’s a very nice days in my life the hotel is amazing also the food the picine the animation team are great and the rooms magnifique

The rooms are good, lots of space, well airconditioned. The gardens around the hotel were lovely and so well kept by the gardening team, these ran down to a lovely, wide stretch of beach

We did several early morning or evening rides along the beach at a pace to suit our level, so we did gallop, but the horses were responsive so only went if you wanted them to

But after the 1st 3 days we were practically living off bread and chips and plain noodles. The food consisted of Calf kidney and veal liver everyday. I asked if there was chicken or beef as there had been previous years

Rooms were cleaned daily, Animation team were so lovely, & did not annoy you if you didn’t want to get involved, Overall I would highly recommend & could not fault the hospitality of anyone that works here

I asked the restaurant managers who just smiled and shrugged their shoulders, I don't have high standards when it comes to food but you'll rarely find people who eat liver and kidneys every day
