Had a great holiday here last year and came back again this year. It was even better. The animation team put on some very fun shows. All other staff very good. I love the fact it's on the beach but only a brisk walk to the historic centre of Sousse. I absolutely loved my room and the view.

This place should be 5 stars for everything.
So near to beach. Everyone helpful. Rooms perfect, hotel good spec. Food amazing. Good for solo travelers like me. Nice beach Access with bar and beds and shades. Water beautiful and not cold in December!

Lovely hotel, but it is not for everyone. Split levels will make it difficult for less abled folk. Staff work really hard, but seem constantly overwhelming busy, though this doesn't come through in their service, but does mean queueing for food or drink. The temperature has dropped quite significantly this week whilst we are here. The air con doesn't seem to heat and we haven't been given any warm blankets. I'm wearing socks and my towel over me at night (I dont like old wool blankets that probs haven't been washed, so havent asked) !!! Bring warm pjs and socks. The facilities are great. We've used all bars, the gym and the spa and all have been fine. Today, a load of predominantly tunisian men have turned up at the hotel at breakfast and remained for the day. There was a team building exercise going on, but we were not advised as guests of what was going on. This impacted all the facilities the hotel had to offer (think small indoor bar seating area in colder weather) so we chose to eat out for lunch and dinner after our experience at breakfast. People were turning up with meal vouchers. The management could have put a better plan and communicated with paying guests what was happening and planned this better. Top tips for staying at this hotel or in this area particular are: 1. Do not exchange more dinar than you need. You cannot change it back into English and you are likely to have it confiscated at the airport (advice from our rep), you cannot spend cash at the airport 2. Don't bring lots of English money, airport staff may also confiscate this without reason on return home. 3. Be prepared to be kept up by the music from the nightly shows. They sound amazing, but when you want an early quiet night in, you have no choice. 4. When out and about, either cover your all inclusive wristband or turn it around. We had 5 people try to tell us they worked at our hotel whilst we walked into Sousse (approx 4/5km). The scam is to get you in to buy something from their friends shop etc. It becomes annoying. We also walked to port el kantouri also, about 7km which is doable and got taxi back. The resort feels safe with security at the front gate, front door and beach, but beyond that, expect harassment to get taxi or whatever else they are trying to flog. Ate out a couple of times in addition to having KFC and Baguette place... see separate reviews.

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel is rated 4 stars. The layout is ridiculous — you take the elevator up to your floor, then walk a long distance down multiple sets of stairs just to reach your room. I changed rooms and still ended up with more stairs. Completely inconvenient, especially with luggage.

Inside the room, things get worse:
• Air-conditioning doesn’t work — technician came, but nothing improved.
• No kettle provided, even though this is basic in any hotel.
• No proper double bed — just two singles pushed together.
• Room is old, dirty, and poorly maintained.

The only acceptable part was the breakfast with a decent variety.

But everything else was so bad that although I paid for two nights, I could only tolerate one night before leaving to another hotel. Absolutely not recommended.

Not a Nice Experience We have just returned home from a 10 night stay here, and will never return. This is an honest account and apologies for the length of the review. If it wasn’t for the few staff and Pros I’ve listed below I would have only given 1 star. Cons Reception Apart from Amin and another older gentlemen, staff are rude, they shrug their shoulders at you, fob you off, tell you to go away and generally can’t be bothered, unless it’s changing money. Hotel manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. There is no welcome they don’t tell you meal times or where anything is. Rooms We were put in a really grotty room overlooking the roof of the restaurant. We later found out from talking to other guest there. Other groups had to be moved out of this room too. Wall lights were not working. Balcony door had gaps in it and we could hear the fans that were on the restaurant roof. A/c wasn’t working and it was making loud noises all night. We switched it off, but because it was so hot we had to open balcony door and we had the fan noise. We did not sleep a wink that night. Next morning I asked the manager to be moved. As we had on our booking form a “garden view” I asked to be moved down to the other block of rooms. He shouted back at me that it wasn’t possible due to my mum being disabled. I said to him that where we were was not acceptable due to the fan noise and the A/c not working etc. He shouted again and said “what do you expect me to do?”. There were others who had disabilities that were in that block but he wasn’t having any of it. Eventually he moved us to 1st floor at the front end on the same block. The toilet light wasn’t working and the Tv wasn’t working and we could still hear the fan noise. I reported the room problems to a woman on Reception who said someone would be up later to repair. I explained that I was concerned for my mother falling due to lack of light in toiket and because there was a leak from the toilet hose. Floors are tiles very slippery. Anyway no one came that night. After 6 requests and 2 days later someone eventually came. He told us he would go to see about the TV and asked us to wait 10 minutes, 40 minutes later we were still waiting. I went to Reception who rang him and we were told that the TV doesn’t work in all the rooms. The light went again a couple of days later and actually fell out of the ceiling. My mother did slip on the floor at 2.50am in the bathroom and fell hitting her head /knee and foot, I could not call Reception as the room phone wasn’t connected, I had to go to Reception to ask someone to come and help me lift her off the floor. Towels in rooms seem to be another problem there weren’t any in there when we arrived and it then became a problem every day. They do not replace the ones they take away and you are constantly asking Reception for them. I was literally sitting on the toilet when a man and maid walked in, my mother told them to come back in 10 minutes but the insisted

Good stay overall, with pros and cons.

The lady at the reception asked us to give a 10/10 rating on Booking.com in exchange for a late checkout, which didn’t feel right.

She asked us to fill out a form and later expressed dissatisfaction with our grading. A staff member interrupted our lunch to have us justify our evaluations. The minibar was nonexistent, so we couldn’t give an “excellent” rating.

Guests tend to reserve beach and pool chairs very early in the morning by leaving towels on them. As a result, it’s often hard to find a free spot. I personally don’t mind lying on the sand, but others might find it frustrating.

The sand is clean and the sea is warm — really pleasant.

The food is average for this type of resort. However, the restaurants are quite noisy during meals due to the cleaning process — the sound of plates, glasses, and cutlery can be overwhelming. The large crowds also make conversations louder.

Bartenders at the main counter are friendly. Those serving outside become more attentive once tipped — otherwise, you’ll likely get drinks in plastic cups instead of glasses.

Kids’ activities are fine; Sarah is very kind. The pizza-making activity was fun, though the pizzas themselves were unfortunately not edible.

The best part was the room — spacious and with a beautiful view over the garden with sea view. The downside: it was noisy at times because of the kitchen ventilation system located nearby.

The hallways need renovation — the flooring is worn, and some cables are hanging from the ceiling.

The two elevators are often busy. It wasn’t a problem for me since I used the stairs, but it could be inconvenient for others.

The lobby and atrium are large and inviting.

Gardening wasn’t at its best, though I did see some maintenance work being done.

Overall, the hotel is clean and the housekeeping staff does a very good job.

In summary: A generally good experience with room for improvement.

Thank you to Mouna, Mohammed, Sarah, and everyone we met during our stay.

We went here for the 2nd time in Tunisia.. it was just as amazing as the first time! We absolutely love this hotel. The bar staff are so attentive to your needs, you never have to wait too long for your beverages. Any tip you give them they are so appreciative.

The animation staff are amazing, always walking around speaking to the guests, gauging where they’re from, the languages they speak.. the day activities are always good! The evening entertainment is so inclusive of the guests makes you feel welcome and right at home.

A special shout out to Faz, Khaled & Ben ( a few of the animation staff) you went above and beyond when doing their jobs, thank you for your kindness.

The rooms are very decent, had an issue with a loose shower head holder, called reception and maintenance fixed this within 20 mins of calling. Rooms were cleaned daily with precision and the cleaners are so lovely.

All in all, I recommend this hotel for many reasons, I will be retuning as usual xx

This is a hotel of 2 half's, meaning my partner enjoyed it (except last night) and I did not enjoy it.
What my partner thought, rooms where good, food was ok (more fresher fresh fruit would be nice) pool loved specially the pool bar, drinks were knock you head off strong, had to tell them to weaken them.
The entertainment team were the best we've had ever! They we're so engaging and friendly always happy and would do anything for you. Staff always happy and friendly.
What I thought, rooms could of done with more lights in, bathroom same. It was clean but to me didn't feel clean. Food, well I thought I was in Tunisia but the choice would have thought I was in a cheap pub shame, the Al Carte was so poor we left half way through. Drinks not for me, cheap alcohol and not great choices.
What made it for me was the entertainment team they was so good, evenings they put on great shows, during day always trying to get you to do the activities or making sure you was ok. The rest of team was very friendly and always happy (except cpl on reception)
Would I come back........ I dont know but know partner would.
