Asma Han Hotel in Alacati

This was one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed in. When we arrived, there was no staff at the door; we waited a long time for the receptionist. In the room, the curtains were torn, the lights were broken, and worst of all, the toilet was completely yellow. There was hand soap left at the bottom of a plastic bottle, dirty chairs, and awful furniture. We would never go there again.

Don't choose it, it's a rundown, dirty room. Even though I made a reservation for 3 people with breakfast, they said it wasn't registered in their system and demanded an extra fee. It had nothing to do with the room I saw and chose. The room I stayed in was filthy everywhere.

I had high hopes for Asma Han Hotel, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations due to several management and service issues for our group of 13 guests. Booking & Room Assignment Issues From the beginning, we faced issues with our reservation. Despite being promised certain rooms and prices, the arrangements changed multiple times leading up to our stay. While they reduced the price for booking all 9 rooms, once we reduced the number of rooms to 6, we were allocated rooms that were far below acceptable standards, even for a one-star hotel. On arrival, they gave three of the better rooms to other new guests who booked recently while assigning us ground-floor rooms with serious problems. One room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the bathroom was full of mold. One of our guests, who has breathing issues, found it impossible to stay in such conditions. After significant discussions, the management did move us to a better room next day, but by that point, the damage was done. Additionally, despite written confirmation that we could check into three rooms early on first day, this promise was retracted just a day before our arrival, further adding to the confusion and frustration. Facilities & Cleanliness Some basic facilities were not up to par. For example, one room had a wet, used towel hanging up upon our check-in, indicating it had not been properly cleaned. Also, the bathrooms lacked soap, and when we mentioned this upon checkout, we were told we should have asked. Basic amenities like soap should be available by default in any hotel room. Breakfast & Additional Charges The breakfast was fine but came with unexpected extras. While they did serve breakfast, items like omelets and even coffee came with additional charges. Strangely, they served orange juice to some guests, but when we requested some, they claimed they had no oranges left. At checkout, we were also surprised by additional charges for water consumed during our stay, which we had not been informed about until the very end. Positives On the bright side, the hotel has a beautiful garden, a great location, and breakfast was generally decent. The hotel is within walking distance of the town center, which made exploring the area convenient. Additionally, the hotel owner gave us good recommendations for restaurants. Suggestions for Improvement -Honesty and consistency in communication about room reservations. -Clear upfront information about any additional charges (e.g., for water, coffee, and breakfast items). -Improvement in room cleanliness and maintenance, especially with issues like mold and bad odors. -Ensure all rooms meet a basic standard before being rented out. While the location and garden were lovely, the management needs to address these issues to meet the standard that guests expect from a hotel in this category.

We went to the hotel for a 2-day stay with 2 families, but we had a hard time staying at the hotel for 1 day. The rooms were extremely dirty. Bathrooms are full of hair. The covers and sheets were stained. They also tried to charge us for the day we didn't stay. And they did not return it to our friend who could not come.

The room was very dirty and the management was very indifferent. Even though we booked a room with a double bed, they gave us single beds together.

It was already 11pm when I arrived that day, and the boss moved me to another famous hotel. I was extremely scared inside. But in the middle of the night, there is no way to drag a big suitcase around. I can only go with the boss to another famous hotel. However, after I moved in, I was so scared that I didn't dare to sleep because the room had no windows and there was a utility room at the other door. Then I fell into a drowsy sleep due to lack of oxygen. I slept there for 2 days. It didn't feel better until I opened the sliding door on the roof on the third morning. But the door on the roof cannot always be opened, it is 2 stories high and the houses are next to each other. You can come directly from the roof of other people's houses.
The boss said that because of the area, there was a power outage and there was no electricity. So since there is no electricity, why are you hanging on the Internet? Is this trying to sell dog meat?
