The location is hidden in a small alley so a little tricky to find the first time but before arriving they reached out on whatsapp to see when we would arrive. The room was very clean and had everything you need. There was no annoying noise from neighboring rooms or from the staff. The toilet and bathroom were also spotless and the water was hot (winter booking). The environment was family and friendly. A nice, small hotel with friendly staff. You can get free water, and there's free tea and cookies in the courtyard from 5-6 PM. Whenever I had questions, the staff was eager to help. It's conveniently located; a short walk from the highway leads to shops like BIM and MIGROS. The beach is 3.5-4 km away.

Ahmet and his staff were most helpful and made our stay (6 nights) very enjoyable. There is a small pool on the premises which is well situated with shops & restaurants close by. Nothing is too troublesome and he helped alot navigating transport ( minibuses/ taxis to beaches...restaurants...airport transfers. Turkey generally is expensive to eat out but the hotel is good value.
