Guests praised the abundant and varied food options including fish, kebabs, salads, and desserts, described as 'works of art'. Two outdoor pools are appreciated, one quiet and one with music and slides, complemented by a pool bar with free drinks. Staff are generally friendly and helpful, with quick room changes upon request and daily cleaning reported by many guests. The hotel grounds are well-maintained with lush greenery and a calm atmosphere despite the central location. Proximity to the beach and local markets is convenient, and bike rentals are free. Several reviews highlighted cleanliness issues in rooms, including dirty bathrooms, stained bedding, and presence of insects. Complaints about inconsistent room service and slow or unprofessional staff behavior were noted, including poor handling of guest complaints. The hotel lacks a private beach and entertainment is minimal, limited to background music without organized evening programs. Some guests found the facilities outdated, such as old furniture, poor ventilation in bathrooms, and intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity. Food quality and variety reportedly declined as occupancy increased, with some drinks and bar services described as subpar.

15 minutes to the beach. There is a public one with a toilet and shower - everything is free. You lie down on your towel. There are paid ones with sun loungers - 15 lira and for the whole day. The Aegean Sea, warm and clean. The city is beautiful. The hotel is superb. There is a sea of food. Whatever you want, as much as you want. Fish, meat, kebabs, lula, salads, soups, fruits, vegetables, sweets, cakes - works of art, honey in the comb. The staff is friendly. Two pools: one quiet one for sleeping, one with music and slides. A bar by the pool - wine, beer, sweet drinks, juices - everything is free as much as you want. In the evening, there is a bar outside on the street - the same. The room was cleaned, towels were changed. Shampoo, soap, gel are provided. At first they gave us a dark room - we didn't like it. We asked for another one - they changed it without any problem. The room has a shower, air conditioning, a safe, a TV, a kettle. They speak English and Turkish. Water is provided constantly, as well as masks. It's 15 minutes to the center. In the city, it's best to exchange currency for lira, which you can use to pay in shops, boutiques, and at the bazaar. We bought clothes at the bazaar; bargaining is key. Try to get the price down to half or even more. Everyone is greedy in their own way. Tours will be offered by guides from a travel agency. The price is inflated (like they're responsible for us). Locals on the embankment are three times cheaper. Knowledge of English will come in handy. Turkish is fine with a dictionary. Overall, I had a great time. Read other reviews. I can't describe everything here.

I arrived at the hotel at 4 a.m. and checked into my room right away. The beach is 5 minutes away. The hotel grounds are well-kept and green. I like the only downside: there's no private beach. The food isn't bad, but the drinks at home are better. Today is my second day, so we'll see...

A great hotel for the price, with friendly staff, two swimming pools, one of which features mountaineers. The food is adequate, although breakfast isn't great, but they make a delicious omelet. Wine, gin, whiskey, beer, and rum are all available. Initially, I was put in a room with three beds, which was disappointing, but then they upgraded and I quite liked it. There aren't many young people or children, more like 50+.

Please stay away from this -5* resort! Been going 3 times to reception to complain and the last time I ask to speak to manager. The guy said you can speak to me. After show him pictures and tell him that the housekeeping coming just to leave new towels he asked me what do you want me to do! All I’m going to do is just upload pictures and say nothing more!

We stayed at this hotel recently and while the property itself is lovely and the staff were generally friendly, there were some serious issues that impacted our stay. The balcony railing in our second-floor room was loose and broken — a major safety concern as we had a young child with us. Despite reporting this to the hotel, nothing was done, which left us anxious and unable to use the balcony. The food became very repetitive after a few days, and while the booking advertised cocktails, staff were only able to serve basic alcoholic drinks and did not know how to make cocktails. In addition, there was no real entertainment provided — only music played through a stereo, which quickly became repetitive and disappointing. Overall, the hotel has potential and a nice atmosphere, but these safety and service issues really need addressing before we would consider returning.

The food was very good, but the rooms were extremely dirty — the bedding didn’t seem clean and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Because of this, I don’t think the hotel deserves 5 stars.

A nice and relaxing hotel with a great atmosphere, clean pools, and very, very delicious food. The staff was very polite and the hotel had beautiful surroundings and plants.

This was a horrible experience definitely not 5 star I was there from Aug 18th till the 25th * the room wasn’t cleaned we got there and there was clothes still in the closet * fridge was dirty and had food in it still * kettle was full of limescale * ants all over the sides * the beds mattresses where stained with god knows what and pillows smelt like sweat and armpits * no WiFi unless we was in the lobby * life gard was on his phone all the time to the point my son ended up in hospital with stitches cos he wasnt moving people out the way before other came down the slide *music was discussing play list wasn’t family friendly the N word was in most tracks * staff wasn’t professional when it come to teens in swim were * food there definitely wasn’t much choice * the sun beds was mostly broken every morning I sore dirty glasses fag butts and bottles by the pool side * bad smell going to the pool side I could go on but this is definitely not 5* more like 3 I’ve never felt so let down by a hotel with such good reviews I wouldn’t recommend going here if you want 5 star treatment

Med vedat was the rep for love holidays, he made us feel very welcome. He did an amazing job of booking excursions and giving us a really great deal on the prices. He was also able to recommend and sort out travel for us to get tattoos and for hair braiding. We were so thankful for med. We were able to contact him at anytime via wotsapp which was a great help, I hope to have him again if we come back to Turkey. The hotel itself was very nice with gd selection of food. We were always able to get a sunbed when we needed. There is NO evening entertainment just a bar with some music playing till 2300 Overall we would return again even if it was just to see Med Vedat again

Very nice reception staff and rep was very helpful, did not like having to climb upstairs to get to my room. I would have liked some English food.
