Where do I even start.. for such a low price I experienced a hotel and start that I would have paid 10x more for.. from start to finish the constant attention to detail and there customers was honourable. The food could be a little more seasoned but there is always something you can get that is beautiful.. I would like to give a biggg thank you too mehmet bilal & nergiz down at the beach bar and restaurants what an (bilal makes the best cocktails as for a bila special and you will see) thank you! Would highly recommend and thank you!! I will be back

We stayed at The Norm Collection Door’a Bodrum for 5 days and it was really exceptional. From the start everything felt nice and welcoming. The staff were all very kind and always trying to help. The food was good and the service was top notch honestly. When we arrived they even upgraded our room because it was my son’s birthday. In our room there was a cake and some wine waiting for us, which was such a nice surprise. It made the moment feel really special for our family. The kids club was amazing. Dilan and her team were so good with the kids, like really patient and fun, they go out of their way to make children happy. My son really enjoyed it there and always wanted to go back. In the main restaurant Ibrahim the supervisor was very friendly and my son liked him a lot. He always made sure we were okay during meals. Mevlüt also was very kind and helpful. There were many other staff too but I did not get all their names, still they were all good. We also kept going to the patisserie area. There was this lady with short blonde hair who was always there. She always smiles and serves with such a happy attitude, we really liked her. My boys loved their gelato and my favorite was the baclava.  The spa was also one of the best parts. Vira and Idura gave us a hammam experience that was really relaxing and very well done. We felt so refreshed after, it was honestly one of the highlights of the trip. We never felt relaxed we can never get this experience in London.  We also spoke with some of the hotel managers and they were all helpful. A special thank you to Arzu, the guest relations manager, she really went beyond expectations. We had a problem in Bodrum town where we got scammed in a restaurant. She actually helped us directly and even drove my husband back there to sort it out and we got a refund, we were really thankful for that. Even with that small bad experience outside, our holiday was still amazing overall. We really enjoyed everything and we wish we stayed longer. We will for sure come back next year. I hope more people book this resort because they really deserve it.

This hotel is a disaster. Many of our belongings were stolen during the stay – even children’s shoes, photography accessories, and tripods disappeared. The staff is cruel with guests, showing no respect or care at all. The rooms are not functional: broken doors, flooding showers, and constant problems everywhere. This place is unsafe, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth the money. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The Norm is a lovely hotel consisting of low rise apartment blocks spread around a large site with pleasant connecting pathways. Good choice of restaurants and cuisine. Several pools and a spa offering a wide range of treatments. All of this delivered by a lovely group of staff.

Overall we had a really fun time at this hotel & loved the look of the place. The entertainment was great with different singers, bands, DJ’s overnight that we were there. There are just a few notable things that we weren’t happy with listed below. Bar staff & service 1 We watched the Bar man hold a glass jug by the brim with his fingers inside, which he proceeded to fill up with water. Which is then put out for guests on arrival to the hotel. Not the best practice of hygene in this instance. 2 Bar service was good overall, I found it hard to get the attention of the bar staff at the reception bar, even with hardly anyone else waiting for service. Room 1 We booked a superior bungalow room. The room that we got when we arrived late at night was not the best. Strange layout with an oddly set up bathroom with the sink area in the main space near to the bed and a sofa that was too large for the room and blocked part of the balcony window/door. We managed to switch rooms after some convincing and were told something along the lines of “Sometimes you don’t get the best room when you arrive late at night” Not a major thing but slightly inconvenient. Food & Restaurant For me the main down side was a particular aspect of the food. In the Pool bar, Reception Restaurant and the A La Carte Fish night. We received the wrong orders as follows: 1. Pool Bar = my partner ordered a chicken wrap. He received a chicken wrap with ingredients that were supposed to be in a completely different wrap. 2. Reception retract = I ordered a meatball wrap and received a steak and onion wrap It seemed as thought menu items were being mixed up. 3. A la carte night = I ordered the salmon with grilled asparagus, potatoes and a lemon sauce. What I received came with a small amount of cold vegetables. When I questioned this I was simply told that I was wrong. When I reiterated that this is how it was stated on the menu I was told no again and that they didn’t have asparagus. I would not usually say that it is a problem however it had happened multiple times and left me confused as to how there were so many mishaps with their menu. For me the A la Carte was the main fault as I chose this dish specifically because of what it was paired with. Room Air-con 1 As it was late October the temperature has not surprisingly been that warm. We had an unlucky time with the weather by it raining on our 2nd day and not stopping. (which can not be helped) Because of this the air-con was switched to basically the “heating” setting. Making it pretty difficult to sleep at night. As we came to find out they have a general Air-con system and temperature can not be changed on a room to room basis. So we had to endure the heat of the room with the the air-con off, and the same temperature if not warmer with it on. I understand that other guests might be cold at this time of year. However, it should be up to the guests to decide what temperature they want their room to be. Construction/building w

We arrived at The Norm Collection Door’a Bodrum feeling excited but were immediately disappointed. The entrance looked uninviting, and the first impression wasn’t great. Strangely, there were no all-inclusive wristbands (even though it’s an all-inclusive resort), which already felt unusual. Check-in was also poor - no warm welcome, no complimentary drink (even though the setup suggested there should be). Ironically, we saw another family receive this treatment the next day, so it seems the friendliness depends on who you are. The receptionist said he couldn’t show us to our room right away because he didn’t know if he was allowed to leave the desk - not exactly a smooth start. We were eventually taken to our room by buggy - the only time that service was offered. After that, every trip to the reception or restaurant meant walking a long, uninspiring route around the front entrance. The room itself looked nice at first glance, but it was clearly a quick renovation using cheap materials. The door had gaps at the bottom, letting in light and noise, and the soundproofing was non-existent. The bed was rock hard. The biggest issue, though, was no air conditioning - despite it being around 24–25°C every day. When we asked at reception (after calling twice), we were told the system was centrally controlled and switched to heating mode because “most guests preferred it.” Their only advice was to open the balcony doors. Unfortunately, this let in bugs because the mosquito nets were badly fitted and ineffective. The food was another disappointment. Only one à la carte restaurant was open; the other option was a pool snack bar serving fried, unhealthy food. Salads were smothered in sauce, and the buffet coffee was awful. To top it off, there were cats climbing on tables while you tried to eat. We were supposed to stay for six nights but checked out after just two. We moved to another hotel nearby, which was absolutely fantastic - and only about £200 extra per person. If you’re tempted by the glossy photos and “5-star” label, think twice. This hotel might look good on the surface, but the experience is far from luxury.

Outstanding in all areas from The moment we walked in we knew we had a place that appreciates & values its clients. Wonderful Customer relations staff, catering crew with Executive Chef Belut at the helm are knowledgeable & creative with any dietary requirements asked of them. Superb. Waiting on staff are so attentive & helpful. Housekeeping teams in all areas are impressive & the hotel facilities are fantastic. You know you have found a true " Home from Home" when we people go the extra mile to make your holiday special & that is exactly what everyone at this hotel did . Thank you to everyone at The Norm.

I booked this hotel for my boyfriend’s birthday. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the hotel itself was nice enough. The a-la-carte Turkish restaurant was a highlight – delicious food. However, the buffet breakfast and dinner were disappointing. The selection felt limited and there were barely any labels, which made it difficult to know what we were choosing. I can’t comment on the main lunch buffet, as we tended to eat at the pool and beach snack bars during the day, both of which were good. Most of the staff were friendly, particularly those at the beach bar. Our room was clean and perfectly fine for the price. The main issue was being scammed by the boat trip sellers operating within the hotel grounds. We were told the boat trip was €65 per person and all-inclusive, including drinks, food and three swim stops. Once on board, we quickly discovered there was no alcohol at all, the food was poor, and the trip only included two stops (one of which was a rock surrounded by hundreds of birds / seaguls meaning no one wanted to get in the water at all!), sp neither of which were particularly scenic. The boat was dirty, especially the toilets, and we were stuck on it for around three hours. For €130, it was a complete waste of money. What made the situation worse was the hotel’s handling of the complaint. Another couple we met on the boat trip were offered a refund, yet when I raised the issue, the hotel refused to do the same for us. I did not feel comfortable confronting the boat trip sellers directly, and I’m glad I didn’t, as the same couple told us they were shouted and sworn at when they tried, leaving waiters and waitresses in the hotel looking shocked. The hotel staff insisted the sellers were from an “external company” and therefore not the hotel’s responsibility, but when they are operating inside a supposed 5* resort, I absolutely expect the hotel to stand behind what is being sold on its premises and not accept this treatment of its guests. This whole situation left us feeling extremely frustrated and let down. The hotel really needs to take accountability and protect guests from this kind of experience. Unfortunately, the poor customer service over this situation overshadowed what could have otherwise been a much nicer stay.

Amazing Stay! Really enjoyed my time here! The staff were super nice and , the room was clean and comfy, and everything just felt easy and relaxed. The place has a nice vibe and you can tell they care about the little details. Super thanks to Alina for being so kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again — highly recommend!
