Kelebek (=butterfly 🦋 in turkish) is the best hotel experience that I had in my life. The location is amazing 🤩; in Göreme Cappadocia. Just 6-7 mins from city centre. Great view of the valleys.

The staff was excellent in the reception in the hotel (Irem and the other male colleague, I am sorry I don't remember). They send me a birthday 🎂 cake when I mentioned that I had my birthday and they wrote me a card. That was really caring. The hotel suite was clean spacious, luxurious, with a balcony a bathtub and a shower. Nicely decorated. I felt like a sultan.

The restaurant had a great atmosphere, relaxing music 🎵 🎶, romantic view. We had breakfast and dinner in the happena restaurant which is chosen for Michelin star and rightfully as the food is great, the raw material is fresh and local. Nice local rose wine, cheese, butter like the old good times. The staff Turba, Betul, Rümeysa and Eilur were very attentive and professional, kind and friendly always serving is with a smile. The morning male members were amazing, too (just didn't have a chance to get their names).

I totally recommend this hotel and their services. Thank you to all Kelebek team. ❤️.

We recently stayed at the wonderful Kelebek Cave Hotel and it was an incredible experience. The staff were polite and professional and always made us feel at home. The rooms look and feel fantastic, it was definitely the best sleep we had in all of Cappadocia. The restaurant had a beautiful view and the food was tasty with a number of adventurous "ancient" options. One of our favorite locations to eat and take in the view. Service was always attentive, welcoming, and on top of it. The highlight, for me, was the spa. We enjoyed the Turkish bath with facemask and massage. The team there made it a unique, once in a lifetime experience. I'm not someone who would usually consider it, but this is an absolute must! I would write each of the staff members names here to thank each individually, but that list would be quite long! Thank you to the entire team at Kelebek for making our trip so special.

Stayed here with my 8 and 6 year old. We had a family room. One queen in one bedroom and two twins in another bedroom which was a perfect set up for us. The hotel is centrally located in goreme so can easily walk to restaurants but far away to be secluded and peaceful. Parking available which we needed for car rental. Beautiful breakfast spread. Has a terrace so we can see hot air balloons. Stunningly Beautiful. Staff super friendly. Super highly recommended.

We were upgraded from a Junior Suite to a beautiful Honeymoon Suite for our engagement, which made the stay extra special! The service was exceptional — staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help.

The views from the room and the pool were absolutely breathtaking. The restaurant staff were incredibly kind, and the breakfast spread was delicious with stunning views to match.

Truly a memorable experience — 10/10 stay! Highly recommend for couples or anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway. 💕

We recently stayed a few nights at Kelebek in Goreme. Reservation was made a couple months prior to our trip to Cappadocia through booking.com. We were well received upon arrival and were able to check-in to our room a couple hours early which was nice.

The property is nicely laid out and beautiful, there are a couple of rooftop areas to enjoy the morning hot-air balloons, a very good restaurant called Happena where we enjoyed morning breakfasts included with the stay as well as a couple of dinners as well, reservations for evening meals recommended.

Our room was charming, nicely decorated, good space and comfortable. Bed was fine, room included safe, fridge, kettle and espresso machine. Shower worked just fine as well. Our suite included a small balcony area which made for a pleasant place to spend time as well. On the whole, this was a great suite and property, a place we would very much enjoy staying at again in Goreme.

Not so good
First off, the hotel is located in the village. A ways away from Goreme which is the city. Tourists don’t get this when booking.
Second, they can do a lot better with cleaning. Had to get them to shake out the dusty rugs before I could feel a bit comfortable.
Even though sheets were clean, the ceiling kept scaling off onto the bed. I could not sleep on the main bed.
Toilet was thankfully clean.

The hotel is clean and located in a very good location. The most important thing is that the hotel staff is very nice and provides excellent service. They are helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect. I will definitely come back here for sure. Especially thanks Dear Nazir.
