The room was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was clean and modern, and all the facilities worked perfectly. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day.
What truly made our stay special, however, was the staff. Everyone we met was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming — they really made us feel at home. A very special thank you goes to Samet at the reception. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always greeting us with a smile and helping us with any questions or requests.
We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and great service, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. We’ll be happy to stay here again next time!
