Negative points:
- Room was not clean (floor, bed, tables), daily cleaning is poor.
- Customer service is poor, Fridge was not working, the technician told me that the fridge needs replacing. Manager tried to convince that it is forbidden to allow the fridge to cool the items, and that the fridge was the best they had. I wasnt able to use the fridgr throughout my 5 days.
I arrived at around 6:40 AM and will be checking out at 10 PM the same day. Despite the long stay, only breakfast and lunch were provided — No dinner, which is quite unacceptable under the circumstances. Other passengers who arrived with me and will check out at 11 PM, were provided with dinner. One hour difference or may be because I have a different passport so I got a different treatment!!
The service throughout has been poor and overall, the hotel does not meet basic hospitality standards. I would definitely not recommend staying here.
