So elegant and Victorian. You feel like you are stepping back into the past. Only negative, well not a negative but more something I am used to, more channels, sport! Look they have the common English channels. So close to restaurants, ocean walk way and an amazing shopping street. All within 5 minutes walk. Such friendly staff and management. English is good!

I stayed for 4 days in this hotel overall was good experience. Room was spacious and nice one downside was the curtains they are hard to close and fell when i tried so. Breakfast was good and diverse. The staff were amazing especially those who helped me carry my luggage if you see this i really appreciate your help. The services were nice didn’t like that the jacuzzi wasn’t working but overall their service were nice.

The cleanliness wasn't perfect; there was a hair on the breakfast table, and there were some stains in the room. The hot water would run out around midnight. It sometimes smelled of smoking, even though it's a non-smoking room, so they must have been smart enough to put it next to a smoking room. The location is okay if you know how to get there.

Overall, the hotel was clean and the decoration was pleasant. However, let’s talk about privacy. Even though our room door was locked, a staff member opened it. I immediately said the room was occupied, and when I went to the door, the staff said, “It wasn’t locked.” :) Apparently, we were supposed to press the “Do Not Disturb” button next to the door, but no one informed us about that, and even though the door was locked, they were able to open it with a card. There was no drinking water, shampoo, or shower gel in our room. The breakfast selection was not very rich. Also, the staff could definitely use a bit more warmth and friendliness.

Our stay was truly delightful. The whole team was incredibly helpful, kind, and always greeted us with a smile. The service was quick, efficient, and very professional.

One of the best hotels in Istanbul. The staff are amazing and professional. From the reception (thanks to the young lady) and the staff in the reception area to the breakfast restaurant. I stayed here 7 years ago and it still looks as good as new. The location is a walking distance from Bakirkoy square and 2 shopping malls. The marina is also close by. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Cleaning team is very professional. AC is very good. Breakfast is diverse and fresh.

A wonderful and very beautiful hotel. All the staff in the hotel are cooperative and the cleanliness of the hotel is one of the cleanest hotels in the area.

Otelin konumu bulunduğu yer itibariyle çok güzel bir yerde konuşlanmış diyebilirim. Manzaralı odaları bir yana temizliğe ve hijyen kurallarına verilen önem ile benim için yıldızlı notu almaya hak etmiştir. Kahvaltı ve oda servisi ile sundukları diğer imkânlar da cabası. Mutlaka tavsiye ederim. 🌸💯
