Food service was chaotic, with too few staff on duty for the number of guests. Tables weren’t cleared, meaning that often you couldn’t sit in a clean space, nor could you find anyone to clear.
Service in the bar area was very poor, with the barman ignoring customers, ourselves included for over 10 minutes and then taking a further 10 to deliver drinks, despite the bar only having a handful of occupants.
We had a query that we emailed the hotel about a query on a charge, they didn’t respond for nearly two weeks, until we left them a google review!
