Reviews
Shortages: in October polls were not heated, the water was chilly, so I didn’t swim at all. No jacuzzi or hydro massage. There are a few hours during the day when no food is served. We arrived at 10pm and got to bed hungry, because all cafes were closed.
Service & Food: Restaurant service is almost non-existent — dirty plates stay on tables for ages. Food is very basic — fish is inedible. Meat - 90% is a variations of chicken and turkey and liver.. hardly ever any beef or lamb. Massive queues for omelets during breakfast.
Rooms: Dated and poorly maintained. One family had a terrible smell (had to change rooms), our phone didn’t work, and noise from nightly DJ parties (22:30–00:00) makes sleep impossible in buildings 1 and 2. Rooms are tiny, with very limited storage space and thin balcony doors that don’t block sound. Towels are grey, old, and always missing.
Our room was a clearly room for two, but they managed to squeeze one more bed for our teenager in an already compact space. As an outcome - no space to move, not enough storage. The rooms miss even a single drawer.. as a result - every sq sm of an open surface is covered in toiletries, cosmetics, electronic devices and charges, etc.
Facilities: Animation is rather invisible - which is not too bad. Tennis court with a sagging net; hotel equipment is useless. Badminton rackets were broken and never fixed despite complaints.
💬 Overall: A very mediocre hotel living off its fake reviews and old reputation. Spend a bit more and stay somewhere better — there are plenty of good options nearby.
However, the DJ sets in the evenings are quite loud and can be disturbing, especially for families with small children. It would be great if the music could be turned down a little to make it easier to rest at night.
We’ve been here for 3 nights and have 5 more to go — overall, we really enjoy our stay!
The only positive thing I can say is that the women working at the hotel were kind and caring, and the man at the shisha bar was also very friendly. Unfortunately, everyone else was arrogant and unwelcoming. Even when we went a few times to get a simple drink like Pepsi, the staff got annoyed.
I definitely do not recommend this hotel and will never come back.
And the 4.8 rating is most definitely bought or bots.
- Service everywhere - people working there should be trained how to support customers, make them feel that there are in 5 star hotel and not In a random 2 or 3 star one Room cleanliness- strong smell Hotel facilities are falling apart: example Lift from the ground floor did not work for almost a week Door to the balcony did not close-> had to change the room but I needed to prove to hotel management as they did not see any safety issues for kids …. Picture of the room is not same as in advertised site , actually got different room ( similar size but much older and not cleaned ) - issue is recognised but no support to solve it
your hotel is super in appearance and location
Next year we will have a super long plan, we will come again next year.
And also...
The animation is crazy. Volleyball, arrow success and darts are crazy and competitive.
Live music is great. Animation shows and lights are great
Even in these months, the hotel hasn't lost anything, we had super fun, the animation is really crazy, thanks
Even the season is nearly over, the staff makes sure the guests feel welcomed. Thank you for Ebru who encourages everyone to move and dance, Nazif and Yunus who ensured that the time is spent well!
There are lots of green spaces and places to get shadow in the surroundings of the hotel. I really enjoyed lounge music and stylish live performances in the evening.
Standard rooms can be too small if you travel with a child. We did not ask for an extra baby bed, because we could not imagine how it would comfortably fit there. Our garden view room (which was the only one option we could choose while booking) had a view to the public park and its parking, but not to the hotel's garden, as they write on their website. This was the trigger, so I cannot give 100 % satisfaction of the stay.
