The property itself looks incredible at first glance but the overall building needs some repairs. There were holes in the ceiling with leaks being collected in buckets in the restaurant. Fridges in rooms were not stocked at all during our stay. Lights externally were not working. Staff and cleanliness were top notch though. Be waring you must pay for WiFi away from lounge area which is not documented until you arrive. 8.95 for a week which isn't terrible and signal was stable even at the beach. Overall very good we enjoyed it.

I wouldn't give 5 stars to such a hotel, they are far from the idea of all-inclusive. The service is beyond criticism, the bar staff is always frowning, they don't have a cocktail menu, so you have no way of knowing what they are offering. The restaurant was such a mess, the cutlery was with the food from the previous meal. The food was not well cooked, it was obvious that the products were cheap and they just put in some food to make ends meet. Reception and Animation are good, always smiling and kind. The room cleaning is a very rare occurrence, we cleaned it ourselves.

Me and my sister stayed at the hotel for 7 days. And we had an amazing time. We were welcomed good. They took our luggage upstairs. The activiteits from the animation team was awesome. The halloweenparty was great, the partys to the club, the brazilian show. We loved eachone of it. The food was good. And there were alot of things to do at the hotel. The pool is a bit cold but you can go to the beach as well. Or the Pool with slides. A good spot to go.

This is my first time here in Antalya staying in an all inclusive resort. The weather has been brilliant 😎 (apart from today we have had some heavy showers) We have toured round the whole hotel and had a good time at the beach. Xafira has its own section there with food, drinks and sun loungers all included so you don't need to take anything from the hotel serving 11am-4pm. The animation team has been good fun and really engaging. Can Polat (his name badge) is a cheeky bugger. And a cool guy to be around 😃 He has made the stay along with all the events team a pleasure. You have enough food and drink in the restaurant and beach bar to keep you full all day. There is a wide selection for everyone, kids and adults. We have taken part in many of the excursions and trips on offer from the reps and enjoyed every single one of them, especially the flying horses safari a d quad biking. The only downside I can comment on, is there is not much around the resort in terms of night life after the entertainment has finished. We did go to the illusion club which was a really cool venue. But being the end of the season and on a Monday it was quiet. I can imagine it being a super club during a busier day or time of the year.

First impressions on arrival was wow. And then slowly the hotel unveiled itself to us.
The room was perfect except the music can be heard quite loud upto midnight.
The bad:
• this was the worst all inclusive food. Very simple and barely any variety or specialties. Breakfast you cant even get an omelette or scrambled eggs, just imagine.
• service... no service. All self service.
• wall paper coming off walls in our room (for the hotel star rating this shouldn't happen)
• beach not attached to the hotel and have to catch a shuttle bus.
• difficult to get a sun bed near the pool
• lifts, lucky if you can catch one. End up waiting a long time for lifts.
• room fridge always empty. Walk far to top up water.

Where do I begin? Our first impression of the hotel was nice then got ruined by the blunt and unhelpful receptionist. We were 3 families The rooms were so dirty and old, we had no pillows or blankets on the bed. The room smelt of rotten egg and the smell would not go. The hotel is old and damp and has a bad drainage smell. The restaurants are very, very dirty, full of flies. the whole place is a shambles. The pool was full of hair

I’ve never ever stayed in a place where people are so rude and absolutely don’t care about their customers satisfaction. The biggest mistake we made was booking this hotel I have said this to anyone I know don’t go there, to manger if you ever have time to red these you should be shamed by what kind of person and service you provide look after rudeness staff 🤢🤢🤢 if this hotel was located in any where in Europe I would call the police but there is no rule in turkey you are backing your people only 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

We initially came to Hotel Alan Xafira for a week and subsequently extended for three more weeks! The hotel is located in an excellent part of Alanya amidst the magnificent beaches and serene sea side, offering a mixture of leisure, entertainment, relaxation and outdoor activities. The Reception personnel was very knowledgeable and immediately assisted us in English. Consequently, the hotel services were executed in a timely, professional and with a positive attitude manner. The excellent climate combined with a variety of Turkish and international cuisine, the pool surroundings, garden options and the entertainment scene contributed to us having a very fulfilling, unique and unforgettable experience !
Furthermore, the hotel offers a series of options for guests during their stay including day city trips, outdoor activities and amphitheatre events. I am very pleased with the stay in this hotel!

I have a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service is excellent, with staff always friendly and attentive to our needs. The food is delicious, offering a variety of dishes to satisfy any taste. The hotel have a great atmosphere, and everything from the rooms to the facilities is well-maintained and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay.

Staying in this hotel a week with the family. So far the best thing was entertainment team who keeps arranging different activities whole day. Kids disco is fun my 2.5 year old started following dances. Evening shows really amazing! After show having best disco time. DJ is the best
