The reviews scared me so much that I almost canceled the reservation, but everything turned out to be amazing – the food, the service, the atmosphere. The sea is practically right at the hotel, the kids had a great time and adults too. Just 5 minutes on foot from the hotel you’ll find the famous Turkish streets full of shops. I’m also adding some photos to show that it really was okay. There was always a big variety of food to choose from, and yes, they changed it daily so everyone could find something they liked. They also prepared fresh dishes outside every day – for breakfast you could make your own toast or have freshly made pancakes. After breakfast, the snack bar opened right away where you could eat by the bar, then lunch, and between meals there was always something in the open buffet. In the evening dinner was served, and even after dinner there was still food available inside. Some meals repeated, but many were replaced with new options. I would like to mention that the cleaning lady came to our room every day to change the towels, refill the soaps and shampoos, and tidy up, because I see that there are many bad reviews regarding hygiene. The only downside is that, based on my past experiences in Turkey, I’m used to also receiving slippers, a bathrobe, and colorful beach towels – here they only provide white towels without slippers and a bathrobe. But that’s really just a small minus. Even the food, when it ran out, was always quickly refilled. There’s even a wellness area downstairs as mentioned, and we simply got there by taking the elevator. I don’t know about the others who are writing negative reviews here.
The only downside regarding the food is that if you arrive late for dinner, there is nowhere to sit.

As the mayority of guests were Russian and all is prepared for them, you have to go outaide the hotel for turkish spacialties.
I do not recommend this hotel for Germans.
They hace to update the homepage, since many years many things have changed or have been closed.

Same food all week, service about zero, rooms so tired but nice nature.
It was disgusting to hear insults from the representative of the leather shop in this hotel when we refused to go shopping with him in the mall.

I bought this hotel stay for 1815 euros for 7 nights accommodation and round trip transportation.

I regret this decision the most because the hotel is not at all 5 stars.
The rooms are horrible, dirty and not cleaned after the previous client.
The service and reception of the hotel lie to you and apart from Russian/Turkish language they don't know anything and refuse to understand you in English.

The food is horrible and it is not at all UAI (ultra all inclusive). There are hellish lines for freshly cooked food and meat, and if you don't go on time, there is nothing left.

They have a schedule for lunch and dinner, the same for breakfast, if you are late you don't eat. It is not at all ultra all inclusive, don't be fooled.

I DO NOT recommend this hotel under any circumstances, it is not worth the money or the time spent. My vacation was a nightmare. Take a look at the pictures in the attachments.

This hotel is well maintained. Rooms are remodeled, location is beautiful, and there is a great potential. However, it was marketed to us as all-inclusive. Food quantity is large, but it is not good. Shower gel is a scarcity. WiFi has no speed despite good coverage.

We had a family suite room. Except from the broken baclony door which opened only if pushed really hard, the room is good, clean, housekeepers come everyday, change towels, make beds - that is ok. But facilities of this hotel are another story. Everyday is a kind of hunting for a free sunbed by the pool, any of the pools and the beach, actually. Catering is rather poor, same dishes everyday, only grilled meals that are made in the yard differ. Cheese, olives, side dishes often too salty. On the last days of our stay we simply decided to skip eating at the main restaurant and chose snacks from the pool bar. WCs in shared spaces are a disaster, excepts those that are near the reception. Doors that do not lock or close, out of toilet paper and paper towels, and sometimes even dirty as hell that it even makes you want to throw up... Evening programme for kids is the same everyday, while for adults - differs and is rather interesting, so he we give a +. Didn't try the spa. All in all, the hotel is too crowdy for its space and in our eyes, it is not worth 5*. Huge thanks to the employees at the restaurant and pool bar who do their best to make everyone happy. And also thanks to an old man who helped in our hunt of sunbeds several times :) By the way, there are many Russians in the hotel and the staff prefer Russian instead of English.

Won’t visit again.
First room was broken, water was dripping off the ceiling and huge pot was created, they didn’t care to much about it. They won’t tell you when checking in that a’la crate restaurant is booked one week ahead, so you can’t eat there. Wi-fi terrible, alcoholic drinks were 3/10. Staff barley speak english, they prefer russian instead.

The worst hotel ever! Please stay away. From food to staff and service, this hotel is incredibly bad, it cant get worst, really. Save your money and your time, dont come here.

Me as a Turkish and British citizen got treated very badly whereas others citizens from different country's got treated good. One of the chefs started arguing with a little kid and I was disgusted in the chef, overall all the only bad things was the chefs but otherwise the swimming pools were amazing and the activities were pretty good?
