Very good Otel . Nice people and good services and good price

Its good place for budget stay. Its between bursa main area and uludag mountain. Economical. Only have basic breakfast and no lunch and dinner. No lift in hotel so please ask at time of booking for lower floor room. But view is better on upper floors. Staff is excellent and very worm in dealing. So basically a nice environment and low budget is name of the game.

The shower doors had come off and couldn't be closed, and the cleanliness was below average. If these issues are resolved, it could become an above-average city hotel.

Facilities are very basic. Our room was next to the tram line. So it was noisy when the tram went through.

Hotel is close to historic Bursa. Walking distance to major attractions like Ulu Cami, Silk Market, Grand Bazar. Great food options around that we found better than in Sultanahmet. Got moved into 3 different rooms, 1st room curtain was broken. Next 2 rooms the shower leaked a lot. They upgraded us which was nice but then downgraded when we told them the shower leaked, moved to a smaller room with a leaking shower and broken shower head holder. One side of the building is very loud from the street. Bring ear plugs! The bed was comfortable. Location was amazing. Walkable to lots...

It's incredibly close to major tourist attractions, and the hotel interior is truly beautiful. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The atmosphere is very antique, and the staff are friendly, so I was able to wander around without worry. I highly recommend this hotel when you visit Bursa.

Good place & service is the best

My family and I stayed at this beautiful hotel for one night. The hotel was very nice, the room was clean, the owner was nice, and the hospitality was great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. I will definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip and I hope to see the owner of the hotel again soon.

I'm a solo bicycle tourer. I was recommended by a local at a nearby restaurant. The environment is very conducive and cleaned. It is also a very safe for my bicycle o to park in their garden (with gate) overnight. WiFi is very stable with nearby amenities (within 2-3min walking. The owner was very friendly and he speaks English very well. Their cats are so adorable 😍 Recommended for family holidays...

We stayed only one night, we had to split a long road and I am quite happy we chose this hotel. The room was clean and nice and it was really quite in the night so you can have really good sleep. And there are some nice places to have your dinner next to the lake. You just have to ask for help your host and he will arrange it all.

Was there 18-19 june. Great place relaxing. The owner is so greatful and helps with everything. I will visit again.

Had a nice time here, Cem really helped me out with plans around town and onward journey for the whole of turkey! Budget friendly hotel, not luxury but perfectly acceptable. Under new management and seems like they are trying to sort out the place compared to the previous owners

Okay, so I just randomly picked this place on my first night in Bursa. I was skeptical b/c the reviews weren't very good. I thought it was a nice and cozy place. Good customer service and a great location. Also the price is really good for this city. Apparently the poor reviews are from the time of the previous owners. I personally didn't have any issues.
