The shower doors had come off and couldn't be closed, and the cleanliness was below average. If these issues are resolved, it could become an above-average city hotel.

The staff and accommodation are very good.

The hotel's location is good, and parking is an advantage. We stayed in a large room, which was quite spacious. There's no hot water, only lukewarm water. The road noise inside the room makes no sense; closing the mosque doesn't mean you'll be hearing car noise until the break of dawn. The staff is helpful.

We booked 4 nights but arrived at 10pm and was told by a very rude worker that we have no room and quoted a price more than double what we already paid online. They said they called 5 times (no missed calls). They sent no emails or anything of any kind. The night staff was very very rude and impatient. I cannot stress that enough. It may be nice well never know but the staff made us just leave.

The hotel has a brand new face after the owners changed. The staff is friendly, caring, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is very good, it is a nice hotel where you can stay safely

We had online reservation in this hotel 🏨. But he startl us when we check in . that he don't work with online reservation even that we paid online . also he told us that we must to pay other price more than that we reserve it . also one of their staff is very rude .
