Its Scammed, the price in OTA s cheapest so the reception force me to book directly without using trip . Com that more expensive.

But i realize that the prices on OTA still not worth it at all, the room looks old, bathroom is outside the room

I have never stayed in such a disgusting, filthy place. We only stayed in the storage room and left our luggage. The only thing that came with the air conditioner was the air flowing into the room. The window of the room opened onto the side wall. It was stuffy, humid, and filthy. I would never recommend it.

The photos on the website don't show everything. Broken/rusty furniture. The air conditioning smells and the building is horrible.

very bad hotel. not for family. there was a bad smell in the room. no lift. less lights. bad environment. dirty room. uffhh we had to leave the hotel immediately without our refund but we did it because we couldn't stay 1 mint there. it's was so dirty

Had a nice time here, Cem really helped me out with plans around town and onward journey for the whole of turkey!
Budget friendly hotel, not luxury but perfectly acceptable. Under new management and seems like they are trying to sort out the place compared to the previous owners

Okay, so I just randomly picked this place on my first night in Bursa. I was skeptical b/c the reviews weren't very good. I thought it was a nice and cozy place. Good customer service and a great location. Also the price is really good for this city. Apparently the poor reviews are from the time of the previous owners. I personally didn't have any issues.

We have never seen such a dump as this one. The photos do not correspond to reality. It felt like a drug den and ***********. It stank terribly of cigarettes, dirty bed linen that had never been washed. The view from the window was of a dump. There was no reception. Instead, there was some small smoke-filled room and a man who was sleeping drunk on the couch. We couldn't stay there for even 30 minutes. We immediately packed our things and ran away. It was a shame about the money we wasted. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid it.
